- Today sees us take on the Sunderland 3 peaks challenge for a 13.5 mile charity walk in aid of Red Sky Foundation, starting and finishing at Silksworth sports complex via Tunstall hill, Hastings hill and Penshaw monument with some very nice refreshments along the way…🏃♂️🏃♀️💜

I ate what was left of the shortbread when I got home from the walk sorry cos I didn’t get any at the pitstop as I wanted to make sure everyone else got some… I wasn’t scared tho cos I would’ve just got Deb to make me some more😁😁😁
