    This tutorial will introduce you to an advanced and maybe forbidden color grading technique, Texture. Texture work is often used in Films and tv-shows, but for some reason there no-one talks about it on youtube. So maybe it's forbidden, right?

    Videos like this is what makes me hold back on switching to Davinci from Premiere. Love your work man. Bought you GH luts and theyre amazing 🙏🏻

      Also available in Resolve. What he is illustrating are simple luminosity blended Curves (also available in Photoshop for 20 years or more.) These are then masked into different areas of the image using the images overall luminosity, using whatever technique is available in your software. It is Not something only available in Pemiere

    Hey Joo but these techniques dont always work they work in your example because there is tonal separation, Thi cant be really used any only of footage

      Hmm... well it does look different with different footage, but the texture layer work everytime and the tone masks need the blur to work. If you want you can send me some examples where it doesn't work for you. Wetransfer link here? :) I'm interested to see as well.
