Change The Ending - Symptoms Explained | Alzheimer's Research UK

Dementia affects everyone differently, and some symptoms are more common than others.
A YouGov survey we recently commissioned revealed a shocking lack of understanding and knowledge about dementia among the public. Just 5% of people said they thought dementia stopped people from being able to communicate and only 4% were aware it can cause a loss of body and motor control.
By sharing information about different dementia symptoms, we hope to empower people to take action, whether that be to seek a diagnosis, to ask for support or to find out more about the condition, or to invest in the research that will put a stop to dementia.
