Spending a minute to explain the best move and then immediately blundering in the first game was too funny. Turning on the jets and going into gm mode to come back against a 2000 was pretty impressive tho
@@nagidal1374true, but blunder as in he played the wrong move after spending a good chunk of his remaining time explaining what he was going to play with no increment
hands down the funniest 1m20s burning of time to explain a better move in such a cocky manner, and the clear 'snap to reality' that there's only 20 seconds left. Drink down lets go.
The first game in this video caused a seasoned chess viewer like myself to laugh, sweat, cry, and then whack my **** off for a little while. A rare thrilling experience. The blunder was impressive, and the recovery was equally impressive. 10/10, good job
damn eric got flustered that first game. I was really disappointed when you made me calculate that simple 3 move line eric. Please do not disappoint again
As a 1500 player I completely understand these moves he makes it look simple. The problem I have is that I try to play too fast and then when I try and take my time to find these tactics I’m just too slow and it feels I get in time trouble
Didn't watch or play chess for about a year. This is first video back, already at 5min I'm laughing my ass off!!! Thanks for content. Hope we play one day and you avoid adoption. Cheers!
lol i see people with 2100 ish players has more ego than higher or lower rated players. Instead of resigning losing position the let clock time out. What a douche.

I do that often
He didn’t blunder. After trades the material and position is totally equal.

@@xGotDemFragzJRx it's not a blunder even though he spent two minutes thinking about it
@@nagidal1374It was a blunder
All that explaining and calculating just for him to blunder, my drink came out through my nose LOL
3:30 one of us, one of us!
Eric is quickly becoming my favorite GM on UA-cam.
He is my favourite

I was yelling Rc2+ so loud and then Eric forgot to play Ne2 I died😂
Wow, Eric's energy is increasing with every video from the series. I don't know how he does it but it works very well.
Man I could see Eric was about to play pawn takes knight about halfway through the buildup 😂 classic brain blunder
Keep up the good work. I really enjoy your playing style and attitude!
Loved the brain fart, shows that we are all subject to such things
What's the name of the song in the beginning?
34:16 can confirm this is amazing for long flights
