@iamtheteapot7405 They don't even know the proper time in which to use it, either. It has to be the right time. Ironically, they don't realize that in all of life there is a rhythm.
Thanks Eric. Your content is both entertaining and instructive. All education should be this way. Also, your errors and reaction to them is very relatable, very human, keeping it real.
White has Bf1 to block the back-rank. there might be some additional trickery that black can pull (e.g. Ba3) but it looks complicated and probably not worth
I'm a bit confused, I don't know why we should watch out for bishop g4? I've seen you do Bg4 many times before, so much so that I've been sacking the bishop for the opponent's knight
In positions like that the opponent has Bxf7 Kxf7 Ng5+ and you have to move your king while the white queen has vision on the bishop on g4, which they will take. Black loses castling rights, the f7 pawn and the light square bishops are traded. When he plays Bg4 white can't do that, usually because the white bishop isn't on that diagonal or the g4 bishop is protected by a night on f6.
Can we get an c5 against everything speedrun? I'm not high rated, but I get decent results playing this, I usually lose due to time or just simply not finding the best moves which would've kept me solid according to the engine.
@chessbrah I must admit, D4 is my least favorite to play against, especially when they push to d5 after c5 (which I'm sure is the best move.) But around the 5th, 6th move, people usually start to unravel in my my rating range (1500ish). I just wonder how high up can one go before facing opponents that this simply doesn't work against.
Niceee! I got to see myself getting crushed at 27:33 😅😎💪

Can someone tell me the name of the song at 09:00
Seeing high level play 1800+ that ISNT lightning strike fast is refreshing.
Dutch Defense speedrun next. I’ve gotten all the way to 1670 with it. Bomb ass opening w black
Ouch. That was rough. Tough losses. Thought I was watching Eric Rosen. Jokes.
Name of the first track being played?
10:45 instead of Kgf7, Bc7 white horse trapped?
46:08 Nxc3? If Rxe8 then Rxe8 takes back, you are threthening mate in e1 so bxc3 would not be possible

I manage to get 2400 bullet with only c6 when black cuz I don’t study openings
Would you guys prefer c6 or g6? Why not play c3 as well?
He calls it a speed run, but it’s more of a showcase
@jyustinkyu spot on. If he doesn't explain the moves as he plays them, it's not a "speed run".
This vid was a great reason why not to play c6 lol
