That is an amazing map of the viscounty!

Thank you, that is only the eastern and another for the southern Viscounty. Just a few weeks ago I created the entire Viscounty and posted it on my 3orcs Patreon. Check it out! :)

Is this something that can be downloaded? This looks AMAZING!! You did this for no pay? WOW JUST AMAZING!! My hat is off to you.
There is so much here that I want to read it at my leisure, cause there is a lot to take in. Love that you have tagged everything. If this can't be downloaded, can it be read at/on your website. (Assuming you have a website.)

Thank you for the kind words. It took me 4 years working on it daily to write and draw over 1700 pages on WorldAnvil for the Greyhawk campaign based on and expanded greatly the Temple of Elemental Evil. There isn't many DM's over the last 40 years that came close to doing this much work into this campaign. To be fair. I did cheat and pull alot of previous efforts into my work. So I had a big leg up. But I did write alot of articles, dialog and drew many maps. I do give special access to my private world anvil account to certain 3orcs Patreon members for a short time.

Excellent and amazing work. I'm running OSE's The Incandescent Grottoes and The Hole in the Oak right outside Hommlet (as part of what may be an eventual ToEE campaign). I am leading The Hole in the Oak into the Shadowvein trilogy from Expeditious Retreat while the party is underground.
I discovered Banesfinger can be found posting on EN World as recently as last month.

This is amazing. Have you considered publishing a book? I would buy it for to use in my Temple of Elemental Evil campaign.

Actually, I been working on rewriting all these articles to avoid IP issues with WOTC and offer these as Campaign Supplemental articles to offer on my 3orcs Patreon and maybe even on DriveThruRPG. Working hard on it every day. Got to restsructure my 3orcs Patreon tiers first. :)

Great Work. I love this area of Oerth. I was introduced to it in The Temple of Elemental Evil. Not to be picky but you are pronouncing the city wrong. Dragon Magazine 93 has a pronunciation guide for Greyhawk " Verbobonc vair-BO-bon (silent 'c')"

Thanks for the nice words. Im in the process of recreating and keying the entire city with Bonesfinger that did it back in 2001. Its public facing so anyone can see and use it on World Anvil called Verbobonc Campaign Guide 576cy. BTW, we always called spoke the word Verbobonc with that pronunciation for over 40 years. I never heard anyone speak it without the letter c.

Way too much prep for my tastes, but I love seeing what you do here. 👍 Thorough and interesting.

Hey thanks. Well, this is 4 years of prep. But I only did it for my epic lifetime grand campaign I always dreamed of running. Take the players all the way. Most likely 2 years of weekly playing. Also, what is great about all the work in World Anvil is that I can re-use it over and over again for other groups. As well as other modules. I did most the work while working remotely. I couldn't imagine doing something like this on my off time! lol

Are the Banesfinger Verbobonc maps still available online. I found the article but The Links to maps I’ve found all no longer work.

Very nice. . What mapping program did you use ?

    • @3orcs

This map was taken from a book on ancient european cities drawn by an artist. Since I am creating a public Greyhawk campaign website focused on the Temple of ELemental Evil in the Verbobonc area I created my own map using Wonderdraft. Check out my latest videos on that project.

I can't find working link for Banesfinger Verbobonc file. Please can someone help.
I am preparing TOEE for next March and not making whole city on my own would be a lot easier.

I of course do have all the VER (verbobonc) modules from the Living Greyhawk days of the 2000's in which I am running my own home campaigns in. Also the Banesfinger PDF: Verbobonc City
Date: 2003 Version: 1.0 (text only) By: Banesfinger. I also have the map as well, but none of these WOTC IP things are available anywhere on the internet. THey were given out to DM's for running Living Greyhawk at conventions only. Since when, WOTC abandoned and locked away anything related to Greyhawk and went with Forgetting Realms. I am not a fan. My Patreons do get to use my Cults of Greyhawk campaign world articles and maps I wrote and use temporarily. But its a private campaign world website for my use only. WOTC would probably send a "cease and desists" letter if I were to make that website public on the internet for anyone to Google it.

@@Mekol I do provide access to the private site for tiered members But only have 20 spots to use. I am not allowed to share most that material to the public only my own private use. The public version is coming along well.
