I used to use Nona and Titi in the past as well for high level exp farming, but when it comes to JUST getting TP as fast as possible, I've found now that Sofia has lantern blessing, you can invest in one rank of her sp regen after battle and use her ice wind all II (super short animation). Her passive gives half sp cost already, but with the lantern blessing you can do it infinitely on lower level mobs like the area outside new delsta😃
