    𝑭𝑼𝑳𝑳 𝑹𝑬𝑪𝑰𝑷𝑬
    Raw Marinara Sauce:
1 ½ cups grape tomatoes or 5 Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in water for 1 hour)
    3 Medjool dates (pitted)
    2 tsp onion granules
    2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp Frontier Pizza Seasoning
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    Hemp Garlic Sauce:
    1/3 cup hemp seeds
    1 cup peeled zucchini, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup yellow onion
    3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 heaping tsp black pepper
1 tsp organic miso or 1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp psyllium husk powder
    1 cup distilled water
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    Filling Ingredients:
    4 button mushrooms
    4 Roma tomatoes
    2 cups spinach
    Veggie Sheets:
    2 - 4 large zucchini
You will need 3 square sheets for each piece of lasagna.
Start by placing one veggie sheet down and covering with a thin layer of marinara sauce.
Place thin slices of mushroom down so they cover the whole area of the veggie sheet.
Place thin slices of Roma tomato on top of the mushrooms, covering the whole area.
Spread a thin but generous layer of the hemp garlic sauce over the tomatoes.
Place the second veggie sheet on top of the sauce-covered tomatoes.
Repeat the same layering process that you used for the first section.
Place the third veggie sheet on top and cover with a thin, but generous layer of hemp garlic sauce.
You can either enjoy it now, or you can place it in a dehydrator at 105 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-4 hours.

Spiralizer has become my best friend. Make zuchidoodles (I also add cumberzoodles) but then also adding kelp noodles is even more nutritious. Mix together, add all kinds of chopped veggies, pour on your sauce and you’ll have an incredible zoodle-icious meal. Love and blessings 🙏🏼💜🇨🇦

ok I think I spoke too soon. It was a big transition and I panicked. That said - I put it together and gave it to my family. They thought it was like lasagna! I tried it and it came out right. Yay - I finally got the raw vegan lasagna. I couldn't've done it iwthout this video! Thanks :). It was $3.60 to make with lots of leftovers to last me. I'm not raw vegan yet (just testing out oil-free) - but I'm getting there! I do feel nice after eating it too - it makes a good breakfast and honestly - I never knew how to make a breakfast that works until now!

is this because I requested a recipe yesterday ;). Either way - I'm so glad to see this. Raw veganism is difficult to me for understanding how to use produce properly. I tried to make a raw vegan lasagna and failed - because I used cucumber instead of zucchini. I feel this gives me another boost - simply because I love the idea of a raw lasagna! Best raw vegan recipe to start with on this journey of watching gillian berry videos!! I'm trying to go oil free - so I will try this again. I don't use vinegar. I think dates are a secret ingredient! I'm going to try to do tomatoes for one layer, a green layer of basil (maybe spinach or something? I think kale might work better), I don't want a cheese layer, so I'm thinking a veggie layer. I like the idea of a mushroom lasagna, but I want to play into a vegetable lasagna. I think it has broccoli, but I'll check (do raw vegans even eat broccoli?). I won't do eggplant (but I love eggplant). I like how this uses no dehdrator. I also don't want to use a blender too much either (as we're supposed to chew our greens according to caldwell esselstyn). The internet's saying bell pepper and zucchini - which is super easy due to being already a part of the lasagna recipe. I can't wait for more recipes! I like this channel's balance of inspiration of interviews - knowing where people come from for going into the diet, along with the tools to be able to join in - like recipes. (I put all my comments in 1).

@@GillianBerry I'm kind of trying to get together making the raw lasagna, as I like following along the recipe like a cooking show! This is going to be something! It's late today, so I'll start fresh tomorrow. I like the zucchini base - I remember raw kristina did zucchini as a replacement for oil - so I might use that to help with the pesto part. I have aloe in my yard - but it's not used enough in raw vegan cuisine to figure out, but I'll do a comparison. I love how we all share different ideas in one place (youtube) to bring them together to grow raw veganism! :) I'm scared, it's a new path, but I'm trying and it's exciting! At least I have a hand to guide me now :)

I'm kind of scared to work with zucchini and yellow squash due to oozing of its resin. The stickiness goes everywhere. I heard white zucchini helps - but any ideas? Soak in salt water or something? I was thinking of using something else - like butternut squash, acorn squash, eggplant, etc. - because they don't have these issues. It's just I really don't like the taste of buttnut squash. I can do acorn though.

Yum. Another recipe to try. I wonder if one could use lemon instead of ACV? And I don’t know… zucchini “noodles-zoodles”… my son still wants rice noodles… maybe dehydrating would make the texture better… I might have to change this up some… experiment…
Only made it 2 3/4 days on my juice fast… 😔and then we got 6 1/2 inches of snow… made vegetable soup for my son, and ate some… the cooked potatoes, so good. Will tomorrow be my day to start the juice fast/feast, again?!?!? 🙏

I know (or at least learned) that gallbladders produce bile. There's various ways to improve this - and I believe it is improved through improving the liver - because I heard the liver works with the gallbladder. So cleaning the liver lets the gallbladder function better.

I saw palm heart sheets at the store. I didn't get those - but felt I probably should've. I ended up getting really not caloric-dense food - like lettuce, basil, bell pepper, etc. I have yet to try it, but I don't think it's a meal. I know canned food is not raw (I went to a cannery!) - and since everything's seasonal - I just can't get the food i need to make the recipe. I caved and just ate what I had on hand. It's not something that's shocking - some recipes take years to perfect. Each iteration leads to the right path. I just kind of struck out again. I think the issue is what I want out of food - the planty-fresh stuff isn't nutrient-dense. It lacks protein. Protein is really hard raw - because it's likely cooked at some point iwthout knowing. That's the challenge here. Thanks for helping. I tried!
