Glad you liked it mate, I have a few videos on Turbot if you haven’t seen them and there’s usually some nuggets to take away from them!
I have friends based around Dover way with boats they always bag a few flats hopefully you get a couple matey 🙏🏻

Thank you Neil I will try my best to come that theme going 🙂
God vid, informative, well structured.
Much appreciated Phil thank you!
Excellent video once again Ben. I learned a lot from once again, especially reading the bank part. I will look for areas like that around here. May I please ask where the sweet spot is regards to depth, you have any minimum or maximum depth advice?
Hi mate how are you? Thanks for watching!
Turbot have been caught in all depths mate including off the beaches but they tend to move in and offshore through the year, it’s more about finding the food sources ie sandeel or worms etc but even then as we found yesterday a bank can look perfect but not hold anything
@@theamputeeangler Hello again my friend. I am doing well my friend, thank you for asking, I hope you are also. I ended up bending up my own triangle out of stainless steel rod and welding the ends for my Alderney set up. Thanks again for that.
Never tried to fish for turbot and have never caught one, so I have watched both your videos on the subject. I have been studying my navionics as to where the turbot would likely be lay so I need to get out when the weather gets better and give it a go.
Great video, thanks I will have a go tomorrow ?
Good luck 🤞🏻 I will be having a go myself the next few days 👍🏻
