I lost my dad in July. I only met him four times, he was an addict who abandoned me. I've been making a point to see my adoptive dad (aka "Dad Dad") more. Glad to see you and your dad having a good time. I hope you get many, many of those experiences ❤

I know what it’s like to have a vacation or a trip with your dad haven’t done one since I was 12 but I remember it finally and I remember him being so afraid to fly but all in all after the two weeks was up it was always a rememberable vacationand I’m glad that you’re giving the opportunity to experience this with your dad and it’s something your dad will never never forget.

I used to watch F1 religiously with my parents during Michael Schumacher / Mika Häkkinen / David Coulthard / Kimi Räikkönen era(s), but I dropped off over time. I still have much admiration and love for the sport and the way it pushes automotive engineering forward and how mentally and physically demanding it is for the drivers. My first F1 experience was going to the Melbourne Grand Prix back in 2012 and while there was i introduced to AFL (as an American) and decided I'd follow the Demons who were on a huge 50+ year drought for the premiership since the only city i had been in was Melbourne and because, being from Cincinnati Ohio, we understand large swathes of time between winning (or never winning at all). It was cool to finally see the Demons win a few years back to finally break the streak. Love seeing the cross-over vlogs of games adjacent / non-gaming. It shows that it is okay to have other hobbies and interests and branch out from gaming!

Great travel vlog Alanah, amazing you got to share the trip with your Dad. While not an F1 fan I do respect the effort and skill that has gone into the cars over the decades. Physical disabled athletes and their mobility aids being another topic in the same vein. As you touched on many other racing series focus on driver(s) skill rather than the technology of the vehicles. I do think the governing body should restrict fuel usage more rather than specifying engine type and fuel amount for race seasons. You looked great in the white dress and black boots outfit. It was a great vlog, looking forward to seeing you do another F1 trip in the future.

I don't really follow F1, but I run a HAAS CNC mill in the machine shop I work at, and seeing the brand crossover with one of my favorite UA-camrs is kinda wild! Also Singapore just went on the bucket list. Absolutely beautiful!
