This setup looks so comfy /cozy You watching tv in bed makes me miss van life a little. That was such a peaceful time. You are very organized love your videos!
Great video is can 100% relate to losing things. I live in a little nissan versa and everyone swears you can't lose stuff in such a small car. I lose stuff nonstop 😂😂 I feel like everytime I grab something it just instantly vanishes lol.
Hey Bren. Just checked on Jackerys at Amazon as of 1:44am April 5, 2024: Explorer 240: $219 - $10 coupon = $209, dude. Cowabunga!!! Explorer 290 (200W): $149.40. Explorer 100 Plus (128W): $129 - $10 coupon = $119. I've got a 50W wallet & 50W flexible panel I've been wanting to wire in-line to charge devices, so that's great news! Keep doing you, Bren! 💖
.that was great. I live in my car. Duck tape, Gorrilla tape, and T-Rex tape..use them all...lots of great ideas..I love your attitude ..❤you forgot your Bible you must use that everyday❤
So you do plug in the Jackery as you drive around. I figured it had to be something like that, and considering how much driving you do for your gig jobs, it makes sense you wouldn’t need to supplement by plugging into shore power at Fitness Planet or something. You spend enough time behind the wheel to fully charge it. 👍
Just found your channel a couple days ago, we’ve been binge watching your videos as we watch Steve Wallis stealth camping/ overnight videos, and you are awesome! We are 27 and have a little 4 year old, but once we retire, we want to go rv/car living around. You definitely help inspire us to do this! You definitely got subscribers over here in Cali! Keep up with the tips!
Hi Bren! ❤ My, how your channel grew! So happy for you! I was (originally) one of your first 20 subscribers...you may remember? Anywho, i thought of you just the other day...wondered how you've been...and boom your channel popped up in my scrolling. Just had to say hi, so happy for you, and wishing you all the best 🤗
when i rock climb or sometimes camp and it is pouring down the raini use a pee cup (as a lot of climbers do. so way to go on the portable hand held loo. works every time.
You can run a heating pad on that jackery for a few days. If you use it only at night it should last you like 3 days ♥️ I had a car blanket but I wasn’t staying in the car for more than 3 days so idk how much juice it takes from your car battery 🤔 you can use an old water bottle with a paper towel in it to spit in . It gets kinda gross but who’s gonna see it 🤷🏻♀️😂 that way you can throw it away and your container isn’t harboring germs. These are great tips in your video!
Great list ❤ When I was in my car I kept everything in my trunk so during the day it looked like a regular car. I also didn't do any cooking in my car and ate out or got deli items from the grocery store. 🙂
I like your ideas, fun Video. I too am a Vehicle dweller and its amazing the way the mind works and finding solutions to problems living out of the vehicle.
My mattress is FREE. CRIB MATTRESS is over engineered for kids but they must take abuse without injury to a jumping toddler. This mattress is small it only provides support from your hip to your shoulders a pillow will support your head larger pillows will support your knees I put an exercise mattress underneath the entire area head to toe. I've had major back surgery so I've got to be flexible in my approach towards sleeping. At home I use a massive pillow for my feet and a king size pillow on top of that that I will sleep between legs.
I would think "an app to help locate a place to sleep each night" would be included on your list too. How do you determine where you will sleep each night? Do you rotate locations each night and perhaps keep a journal of some kind to note where to go and where to avoid for future evenings' use? Also, does your car charger adequately charge your Jackery? Any need for solar panels?
All that is unnecessary for me. I choose whatever Walmart is closest to me at the end of my work day. I’ll sleep in the same Walmart for a week straight if I want or I’ll switch it up. Car charges my jackery perfectly. No need for solar panels.
@brenpgrace is that better than having a p.o box and would it be considered your residence address..I'm actually thinking of doing the living in my car thing for a year or 2
Curious as to your thoughts on a 51 year old woman- uh- me- doing the same? I delivered for DD, GH and UberEats until my car broke down. I now have an Outlander- 4wd- and doing Uber Passenger through the winter -only reason- because of living in West Virginia and the houses who are literally built on hillsides and no one clearing long stairs. Spring through Fall- I'll do food delivery. Aside from the obvious bathroom situation- what more could I do? (And flashlights are a MUST here- too many do NOT turn on outside lights or house numbers are missing!! We, as my ex and I used to say-- "Light 'em up!).
Do you have a storage unit for your extra stuff what you may need dont have space in your car or were you researching for some storages in your area ? Ever tried to spend the night in storage unit or day ?
Edited: I really liked watching you until you very nonchalantly talked about stealing like it was nothing. I tried to teach my children whether you steal a penny or $1000 you’re stealing, it’s not yours to take. I was a restaurant owner.(subway) the theft was horrible, employees seem to think that because they work there they can take what they want and give away to their friend and family what they want. it adds up. theft is theft. I’ll still watch you because I get a lot of ideas and I like you, but just disappointed.
@@brenpgrace my post is edited. When I read it, I realize that AutoCorrect made some changes and I have the bad habit of not reading before I hit send.
Living in your car is pretty good if you do it voluntarily....if you have no choice it's definitely not as good.
Thanks for the video very well done
Hey Bren, you should do a video of you making the window covers. That would be cool to see.
Love from New Zealand
Everyone living in their cars ARE WARRIORS!! And I love your videos bro ✊🏽✊🏽💯💯💯💯
Having a reliable car like a newish Subaru is pretty nice too. Having car trouble when you’re living in your car is terrible
Imo best car to get for this lifestyle is Toyota Estima
Hybrid if possible
Cheaper on fuel
Best reliability
Plenty storage
Plenty space
Versatile

I lived for four days in my car during a road trip. Was very hard, but I learned a lot. Your videos helped prepare me for it, thanks!

Soon as I get my new Tahoe I’m gone bro… I’m living out that mf for the next two years … great videos bro 👍🏾
What’s up Bren. See you got that yellow band. Right On! Keep On Pushin
Thanks B! 💛
Nice catch! I didn’t notice. Great job, B! 💛💛

I’m glad you helped Wendy’s out with their severe problem of tray overload. I’m sure they appreciated it… 😋
I live in my car with a TMNT blanket also ! Great video :)
Interesting, as always!
Shims work nicely to hold the reflectix in place. Small laundry detergent containers with the spout removed work well for night time needs.
I enjoy all your videos. Thanks and God bless!

Another very interesting video. Thanks. :) I appreciate insight into a lifestyle I haven’t lived. ❤
Very helpful video!
What about the rice cooker?? That was a game changer!❤😂
It is but I don’t use it every day! 😜
@@brenpgrace oh no! You dont? Hot food gotta be a must! Stay safe Bren!

Thanks for the visit
You should get a bedside urinal like the o es they give at the hospitals.
Great list.
Enjoying a PBJ while catching up on BPG Vids.
This was a great video! You need another tray!!!!
16. TMNT figures
Excellent advice - you seem to have it dialed in!
Nice video- helpful stuff, thank you!

Wish I had seen this when I lived in my van. I had a few of the items you showed but not all.
when i rock climb or sometimes camp and it is pouring down the raini use a pee cup (as a lot of climbers do. so way to go on the portable hand held loo. works every time.

Good morning Bren P
Morning!
Thanks for all the great info! Do you keep a storage unit for all your other belongings?
I store a few boxes at my sisters
Okay this was a super good list Thank you very helpful
These are great. What type of cell service plan do you have? I like the idea of adding an ipad for only twenty dollars.
What you put your delivery address for Amazon.
Lool on the hard edit for the uses of the wet wipes 🤣😭
Okay, I see. Your IPad is your Hotspot.
Would be curious to hear how you handle car service or repairs? Rent a room for a night?
That would be correct!

Hey Can you please tell me what kind of pillow u have and where can I buy it.
Also your link to your mattress does not work. Thank you.
Great video! That triple stacked Shelving unit is pretty tall though. Doesn't really mess with your rear view? not bad? Still using that?
Fits perfectly behind the backseat. Does not get in the way of rearview.
@@brenpgrace Thanks! I have the exact same ones, and now have the confidence to try em out.
P.s ,i love my outback also
😂I like your food tray from Wendys !
Where are reliable safe locations to park on a regular basis at night? Like legally.
Velcro for the back window cover!?
Gorilla tape.
Bren ,what do u do about getting mail and stuff like that ? Do u use a p.o box ?
I have a UPS box

That might be better. I do weird things lol

What about your rice cooker lol
I don’t use that every day so I didn’t make the list!

At least you’re still young enough to only need to go to the bathroom only once a night 😜
If I had a male friend, I would want him to be like you...
You stole a tray from Wendy’s lmao. I would have lied about where I got it.
They were over stocked. People were slipping on the trays and everything, I had to do something.
