I've hit 190 a couple of times. It's amazing how quickly you run out of room. Even if you find a huge space ahead of you, you're closing the gap to the cars in front of you by 120 mph. It's like coming up on a brick wall at 120 mph. You have to do some serious braking to not hit the cars only doing 70.
In what kind of car? The fastest I ever did was in my stock 2017 A6, got to 140 and it was terrifying.....the thought of if a deer ran out, I run over a bottle cap, I'm done. Even in high performance cars, you just can't brake and steer in time without things going badly very quickly....

They said there is no way I would have seen him that far away at that speed, and my proper use of my signal probably saved my life.
