EVRYBDY in CLT w/ Josh Brigham

Josh Brigham is a level 1 and 2 certified Foundation Training instructor. This is the highest level of FT training you can attain. At 31 years old, Josh was told he needed to have multiple back surgeries due to a degenerative disc and other issues. He couldn’t seem to connect the dots so he did his own research and found a practice called Foundation Training. Not only did it save him from the multiple surgeries that medical professionals were telling him he needed, but it changed the course of his life forever.
