Anpool P1 Pool Skimmer Review

Got my hands on a prototype version of the new Anpool P1 solar automatic pool skimmer here!
PLEASE NOTE: This is a prototype version so the actual product may differ slightly when shipped.
Who says that smaller brands can't compete? Anpool is a smaller company that has developed a pretty great pool skimmer with some innovative features. Some of which is brand new I've never seen before!
This includes a well-designed skimmer basket that pushes debris to the back of the basket, allowing for more debris to be collected and at the same time, DOES NOT ALLOW debris to escape out! Yes, this skimmer, unlike some other big name brands, does not release debris back into the pool at a stop.
Another cool feature is the Smart Mode design. This feature creates a preset path for the skimmer to follow in your pool which makes it focus more on harder to reach areas and tight corners.
A really innovative skimmer in a very competitive market!

The motor on this is too damn slow. This will be the primary complaint of this device. I work on robotic cleaners. Well, for the price, its not too bad. You are better off skimming all the debris manually and get better results. Regardless, it is innovative. It needs more time.
