Depends on your play style. If you have a metric ton of machines to process your crops, something like cranberries or blueberries gives you a lot of crops without having to constantly replant. If you prefer to sell your crops without processing or you don't have a ton of machines, cauliflower, melons, and pumpkins are all super expensive crops (that can sometimes become giant). Personally, my fav is strawberries because I think they strike a happy medium. Sunflowers are also great since they're a good gift, you can get seeds when you harvest them, and they can make oil for cooking. Ofc, wheat grows fast and can get you hay to feed your animals, sweet gem berries get you a stardrop, and coffee beans can help you make both coffee and triple shot espresso. So those all have game-changing merits too.
