Many people get drunk. That’s the first issue. The problem with standing up to “hate” is that you have upset the offending person even farther than they already are. You’re just throwing fuel on the fire. It’s always better to walk away. The best fight is the one that you not in. Ask any martial artist or police officer. Someone with a knife is extremely dangerous. And you never know who has a knife.
