If you've heard the original Wa-r-r. You'd really respect Hanni's confidence in choosing that song. She knows she can not match or replicate the original's high tone during the chorus but was still confident enough in knowing she can still give a beautiful and attractive cover in her own unique way using her own strengths. Love it!
Hanni's voice is literally my favorite nowadays. I can really say that she's an intelligent and a confident singer. She's still young but she's that type of singer that knows what she is doing when she's singing. She's using her voice so well. I'm just so excited to see the future of this young lady's singing career. And the "Lucky" duet is one of the best cover I've ever heard for that song. Their voices complimented each other and blended so well. How I wish it's available in all streaming platforms. I can listen to it all day!
Bunnies, ador are lucky to have one of the most talented all rounders of 4th gen k-pop that is hanni. Some people disagree that she's not an ace. But she's literally the main vocal and main dancer potential, also shes the best actor in my opinion. I can see the potential actress in her already. She's such a performer and literally the type of person that gets good at anything they try their at hand at 💛 she's just so inspiring
She has many more talents she can play 3 instruments her stage presences is great she's funny her visual is great she speaks 3 different languages and she's a great model if you've seen any of her pics I love her I can only do like 5 of these things so she's great and and such an ACE and an all rounder

People discredit her because her KVA rating is a D. The rating I don’t mind but when people that don’t know what there talking about and are throwing words like support without knowing what it means say she is mid vocalist it baffles me cause how can you hear hanni and say she’s a mid vocalist. One thing that the scale doesn’t show is her voice itself and how warm it is. Also how she is smart with her voice and knows her vocal range but also challenges her self and improves

been a paramore fan for 9 years. instantly fell in love with hanni’s voice when i first heard it in Hype Boi so when you point it out that she might as well be a front-woman of a band just like Hayley i internally squealed out of joy. oh my 😫

Alot of the members sing in a fry (Danielle especially), I would even say Hybe really likes that style of singing, like you said, it gives these young idols an edgier, more mature sound but somehow yet mysterious and addictive. I recommend you should watch Hanni's vocals "Hurt" MV of NewJeans and her singing "Hurt", and "Ditto" Live Band Concert Performance. Not only Hanni's vocal but all of them have amazing's vocals. That's why NewJeans are now very popular & their Billboards was in everywhere and they are all so beautiful, so lovable, and so adorable.
She's already good and she can only get better because she still have plenty of room to grow into a more well-rounded singer, soloist whatever you like her to be.

My NewJeans RECOMMENDATIONS! > Ditto (a beoutiful song that made me as well as the members CRY while watching a music video! the vocials and the way they sing some of the lines tickle my brain, soo good!) > Attention (instant HIT, the chorous is so amazing, I have never heard sth like that in kpop, maybe in 2nd gen) > Hype boy (another great song, great vocals, great performance with memorable choreo every kpop stan and idols themselves know) > Hurt (focused on vocals, I think Hanni does some runs there!!) > OMG (latest release, you heard Hanni sing it a bit in this vid) Honestly, now that you mentioned lower register I can't help but think that they actually don't do crazy belting and high notes in their songs and sing in such comfortable register to them, they're not afraid of low notes.
You should listen to Henry and his duets with artists you have already reacted too like Henry and bol4, Jessie, Alieen some other male kpop artist you might like are Eric Nam and Jay Park(he’s a rapper but also an amazing singer)
