Got a new recording microphone for Christmas and still working out the best settings, so the audio is a bit off! Hopefully will continue to improve it over the next few weeks and get it to a higher standard than before!
I don't play the DE often, but they are damn strong. This one is definitely a slow burner too, as the corruption forces you to expand pretty slowly but I played this to turn 75 or so and had a good time with it!
@@JohnnyTightIips Awesome.. I never thought of playing a campaign on VH/Normal and now that you mention it.. it sounds like it might be good fun! Might have to give it a go :)
Oh god I forgot to add it! Thanks for pointing that out.. life saver! Here's the link, I've also added it to the description - steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1568246541
Hope this helps me, went to destroy the lizards, capture the 2 seaports at the bottom and then I got destroyed by an alliance- mostly by skelly boys. Also made friends with the rats lol.
Lokhir's start can be really, really rough. If the anti-player bias decides to screw with you then you can have war declared on you from basically all directions! It's why some players decide to abandon Lustria entirely and focus on Ulthuan.
@@deanthepaladin989 they really do on the higher difficulties. Dark shards and corsairs with handbows work very well against lizardmen, as their saurus units cannot catch up.
Weird. I don’t do this at all. I don’t occupy the settlement. I sack it for levels for a few turns. Get a Master and another lord. Continue to sack with new lord and master and get lok to take the rest of the province before taking that settlement.

Was planning a Dark Elf campaign on VE soon, might give this a go. Thanks TwinTail!

I tried this but after I filled out Lokhir’s army, I got attacked by some Lizardmen, who were then joined by Teclis and so I have wars on two fronts.
