The Nations is one of Nashville fastest growing neighborhoods. New homes are replacing old ones at unprecedented rates; new restaurants are being added quicker than you can eat them; and coffee shops are plenty abound.
This very walkable neighborhood is grabbing more warehouse mixed-use developments than almost anywhere in town, while also keeping its industrial side alive.

I work in the Nations and have loved watching the progress. One of the most down-to-earth parts of Nashville.
It’s definitely one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville.
Great video! Daddy’s dogs are ridiculously good and it’s nice to have an Oscar’s basically right next door to where I live. Great part of town!
Jealous that Oscar's is that close! They need a breakfast club membership 😂
Best Oscar's location?
Nice video.
Thanks Walter! Appreciate you watching!
Unfortunately mecca of redevelopment = the area has gotten expensive and out of reach for the people who lived there before the redevelopment. Also = rentals of $2-3,000/month that the average common person cannot afford
It absolutely does. Unfortunately there's not an area around the county that hasn't felt that as well. But yes, those rental prices have skyrocketed! But for people who lived there before redevelopment AND owned a house = $$$ for that sale!
@@XPLRNASH yes, you are right, owners getting more $$$ for their house when they sell and it also means that a lot of them have to sell because they can't afford to live there anymore. Higher rents means property values go up in the area which means higher taxes. I'm tired of the poor/low income people being pushed out of their neighborhoods and into even less desirable areas
Newcomers are not aware of the high crime in the Nations in Nashville. The Nations have History of High Rate of Crimes, before development.
