Top notch video and breakdown. I appreciate the visuals to go along with your descriptions/information. Pairing the map visual with the street view was genius and the execution was flawless.
Thanks guys! Really enjoying your videos as we begin the process of determining where to move amongst the suburbs of Nashville.

Very good break down, I come to CoolSprings area for a lot of my doctors appointments from Huntsville Alabama. I will be reaching out to find out more about the current market. Keep these videos coming.
thanks for the video! Great job explaining the suburbs--very comprehensive.
Appreciate you taking the time to watch!
Very well put together breakdown of the areas. Love how you structured the content. My fiance' and I are looking to relocate to the Nashville area within the next 12-18 months and will definitely be reaching out.

One of the better video I have seen in UA-cam. I appreciate the way you toggled between the Google map and live drive through of the neighborhood. Thanks
absolutely im glad you like them! What areas do you think you like the most?
@@LivinginNashvilleTennessee I like Franklin but out of my budget. Mt Juliet would be my second, good school, $200-400K and close to downtown
@@hxnguy714 Mount Juliet is an awesome choice, and one of my favorite places as well!
I was in the recording industry in Nashville for 30 years. Just retired to PCB, FL. .... I completely agree with you that the order of neighborhoods on that list is waaaayyyyy off! Green Hills at 9th Place??? C'mon man!! (Lol) But, GREAT job on the video!!
Like the presentation! Is TN welcoming to retirees and single people? And how affordable and safe are neighborhoods with small population way outside the city but not rural areas?
Could we get a top 10 best homestead friendly places to live? We're looking to move to TN from MI & finding the right place to look from out of state is difficult. Hopeing for some direction. ty
Excellent video guys!
Thanks so much for watching Bryan!
Very informative
Thank you so much for watching!
Just don't tell Murfreesboro that the Internet listed them as a suburb of Nashville. It's the county seat of a different county and at one point it was the state capital. The two are both growing so much though that I guess it will all eventually merge together. Living in Murfreesboro and commuting to Nashville during rush hours is frequently a nightmare. The opposite is not nearly so bad.
Those of us who have lived in middle Tennessee know that unless your in the music business, medical doctor, or real estate, most people can’t afford to live in Brentwood. Franklin is getting that way too!
I'd never want to live within 45 minutes of any major city. Maybe 30 minutes if it's a good area. If I were to move to this state, I can't afford a house so it would have to be an apartment. Somewhere semi close to outdoor activities like overlanding and camping. And the most important things to me are job availability and the quality of the people. I am so tired of living around trash people.
If it's not your list not interested
