There are no special recipes for type 1 diabetes. Everything that can be given to a type 2 diabetic can be given to a person or child with type 1. But we will definitely try and share more diabetic recipes.
Dear, good looking roti's, humble request do give it a try with 1:1:1 ratio of wheat, desi kala chana high in protein and fiber , barley kidney cleanser and add flaxseeds powder in water and knead it into a dough so this way your rot's will baloon, to enhance the taste, you can wash and dry chana and barley and than roast it lightly you can add powdered sesame seeds with flaxseeds add in water for 10 minutes, soya bean is not organic, it's a gmo crop not gd for male's, our neighbours were eating regularly they developed health issues after 6months.🤔
Soy is not a GMO crop in India. Though some processed soy products that are imported from outside the country might be GMO. So a soybean flour made at hoke would not be GMO. Also it does not have side effects. If one is still worried about them, then it can be used I. Lesser frequency and not everyday. But loved your recipe as well. Will definitely try it. Thank u
Yes u can. But besan has more amount of carbohydrate as compared to soya. So won't give similar results in the case of blood sugar readings. But you can try it for yourself and see
Soy can be consumed in smaller amounts if u have Thyroid. So maybe u should not do it on daily basis. But u can do at 2 times a week for example. You can try substituting soy flour with whey protein or any other protein powder. Adding more chopped greens to the roti might also help.
Yes that's right. It would be in the normal range. But it can still vary depending on the glycemic load of the food eaten. If the glycemic load is high then my sugars will be at a higher end of the normal range. Also More than sugars what matters is the insulin response of the food. Which we can't check as of now. Since there is no decide for the same
If you cannot tolerate soy then you can add nut based flours and try the same recipe to see if it helps your sugars.

You can add pesnut powder or nuts and seeds powder. Even besan or sattu works, but it has more carbs as compared to the nut flours

You can have soy in small proportions at regular intervals of time. But not daily. Almonds flour is something that u can try I guess
Even a protein powder can be tried instead of soy flour.

Khali shoya been hi piswaye to kesa rahe ga
Kya aap much Rahe Hai ki sirf soyabean ki roti kaisi rahegi ?
@@MapMyMeals ha
Sirf soya bean ka aate ki roti achi nahin banegi, kyunki usme gluten nahin Hota. Toh sirf soya ka Atta lagana mushkil hoga. Toh kisi aur aate ke saath mix market se karna easy rahega
But thyroid patient cannot eat saya
Yes people who have Thyroid cannot have soya on regular basis. But they can still consume it 2 times a week without affecting their Thyroid levels
Soya bean power 💪

If you are not diabetic then your sugar would be normal in 2 hours even if you eat normal rotis😂
