Grace, from Nigeria(Little lamb emergency relief). I attend to vulnerable children that need emergency relief. The crises and economic hardship has made life really difficult for many children to survive and raising support is not easy here.$1 can feed a child for a day.Thanks.

It's a part of you, it's not ALL of you! That's why we've been growing for 20 years ! Our seed was an oak not a flower.

Lets go! I plan on making one, I found out if you have a for profit business but need capital, use a nonprofit to fund your for profit business.

thanks so much for watching! I'm not sure who told you that, but it's probably not a great strategy. It takes time to get the capital you need (you have more freedom to try different income generating strategies as a for profit), and a nonprofit can't be created to benefit one specific person or entity.

@@BossonaBudget I've done the research, say you have an invention that helps people, build a community of people and have them donate to the nonprofit instead of forking over ownership for capital or taking a loan. That's basically what crowdfunding is right. I love your content by the way. Basically the setup is have a parent holding company for both, have the parent company hold the patents, have the nonprofit daughter company host donations for the cause of the invention (well being) and then license the product out to the daughter for profit company. I've looking for ways to avoid loans and capital for ownership.

@@MindFood937 ohhh ok, thanks for the context. it's best to consult an accountant but if the primary reason is to benefit one business then it'll be hard to get that accepted by the IRS. There's a lot to consider though, so a professional consultation would be best.
