I agree to let the officers own the work. This is your show so the people you put in those seats should be glowing with passion before you put them in place. It’s a balance. You offer them something to engage, and they give you a high level of engagement and output. Once money flows make sure you share your wealth. Let everyone grow with the agency, and always benchmark yourself a little higher than everyone else for creating the supply. Keep it in balance and prosper….I hope. Great content. Thank you.

It’s good to have a document retention policy that speaks to where you keep documents that aligns with your state law. People typically have paper and electronic files that they store and the Secretary ensures that the records are kept. So it depends on the org.
