Two boys and two girls so far for this calving season. Not bad at all. Belle is a great name for Ariel's daughter. But now that you've got another little heifer I'm still on Team Buttercup. Thanks for letting us be a part of naming these little ones. Even if you choose something else it's still a lot of fun. Here's another suggestion. I know you do dead rock stars for your little bull calves, who are mostly going to be steers. But for your white Charolais how about a naming theme for bull calves/steers of dead Classical composers. You know, diversify a bit. As an aside, I love the eclectic choice of background music you do on the channel and you aren't afraid of using classical/art music. So maybe some love for the dead composers of said music? I could really see a little Wolfgang Mozart or Claude Debussy in your cowyard!

Almost as if the ducks heard Morgan say last year, that they won’t be a major part of his business anymore, and they now try to prove him otherwise… - Duck eggs everywhere.
Now is there a problem with the goose eggs? Maybe they miss an important nutrient? Or are there just good years and bad years, like every other year? - One would have assumed that the big reduction in numbers / culling of the flock, would motivate nature to fill the gaps? Apparently not. - Or maybe it’s the nesting situation, that they feel under stress / not save enough in the open space of the hoop coop and want more natural cover? - There’s a reason the special hen house got frequented so much by chicken and ducks. - Maybe create some smaller rooms - maybe even having a lower roof is the trick?
I have no idea what I’m talking about. Someone with Goose experience should comment.

Congrats on the new calves Morgan! Love seeing Abby and Toby all white and fluffy. A geodesic dome seems apt for the weird chickens, but I think you'll want to be able to stand up while cleaning and the chickens will want roosts high up for the night. Maybe a mini hoop coop of roughly the shape and size of an old VW bus would be more practical.

He wasn't unsentimental about it with the first bull, quite the opposite I thought, plus, very respectful of the animal about it. I think it's the best way to do it. Treat each animal as if it would stay there for their whole natural life and the dead rockstars will all just have one bad day (or better, one bad second).

When cats roll over to show you their belly, they dont do that so you can rub it. They do this to show you their trust. But this is a very vulnerable position, so if you reach for their belly, then they will swat at you or bite you. Very few cats enjoy belly rubs during this. So Pablo's reaction is actually the usual one. Just know that your cat trusts you so much that they expose their most vulnerable part of their body to you so willingly.
Actually, dogs are kind of the same. Not all dogs take belly rubs well while they lie on the ground for the same reason. The only reason most of them dont snap at you is because they are social animals and see you as the dominant person. Of course, there are always exceptions.

Congratulations! Capturing the birth is an incredible experience (having babies, too🥰 I have two wonderful sons! 40 & 38) Amazing how the calf knows where to go for milk, little wobbly legs.....💛💚💙
