I really appreciate his team taking over after he discharged his weapon, how they helped him make his weapon safe and then worked on calming him down and getting him into another vehicle so his system could recover from the adrenaline.
The whole event is so surreal and I appreciate it's show of humanity in the way the police actually care in so many ways, from the officer telling guys to go beyond the shooting as the rounds went into the restaurant etc.

Who knows what this officer prevented!! That young guy was up to no good!!
#1. He went to a mall far away from where he lives, because he wanted to "find a different mall" to hang out at or whatever.
#2. He approached little girls. The cop said "children". It was more than obvious to the cop they were underage.
#3. He had liquor, and was intoxicated. A jar of weed. Maybe he was going to invite the girls to hang out and drink & smoke with him.
    #4. He had a gun.
All of that looks shady as f**k!!! This kid had evil in him. Instead of just running, he decided to shoot at a cop. Even if he succeeded in killing him, he would of been caught. They had already ran his name, plus the BWC footage, and CCTV footage all over the mall.

Very amazing work by those involved. There is a trend in this country right now to be accepting and tolerant of everyone, and although it sounds good on paper, not everyone has your best interests in mind. This kid could not figure out that even if he got away, they knew who he was and would come for him. He obviously had lived in a world up until then where there were no consequences for his actions. There is still evil out there, and thank God there are good men and women out there that are protecting us every day (uvalde cops excluded of course).
