My mom worked at McDonald's when she was in high school and she taught herself how to crack one egg in each hand at the same time. And she talks about what McDonald's had that are not even around anymore. And im so jealous. I miss the steak egg and cheese bagel I was addicted to that sandwich

It’s not gone, they were having supply issues with the bagels during COVID. Most (not all) have them back now.

You should see how much butter is used to make kfc mashed potatoes. It's just bag of instant potatoes and like a gallon of butter. Put in a big mixer.

I have been working at McDonald's and there are customers who have been coming to my location for breakfast everything day of the week for the whole 5 years I have been there
I worked at mcdonalds a few years ago. There were so many people that came to mcdonalds almost every day. Those people made up like half of all customers. It was sad really. Some people I would see too or three times a day.
Hadn't had a mcmuffin breakfast in almost a year. Caved this morning and it was delicious. I'll have to work out later to burn the calories 🤣💪

McDonalds used to crack and scramble fresh eggs to make the folded. Then they turned to liquid eggs we poured fresh, then eventually the frozen folded. McD used to fresh scramble the burrito eggs as well, adding in the peppers tomatoes sausage and onions during the scramble. Now the egg mixture is pre cooked and mixed.

I do occasionally eat them when on the road. They should drop making burgers and just concentrate on breakfast all day. At least the breakfast sandwich has some taste to it.

My Local Mickey D's was my breakfast place once or twice a week for a few years. Always 2 Mc_________'s, always with egg, always with meat I changed up, a Hash Brown and a Med Coke (before $1 all sodas). There was a group of 6 - 8 Seniors there every day. Many would order a Plain Bagel with nothing and add the Cream Cheese they brought from home!!! They sat at the same table every day from early morning up thru lunch starting!!!
I miss All Day Breakfast!!! The McMuffins, McGriddles, etc are so much tastier than the burgers!!! We'd go the McD's for at least one Evening All Day Breakfast Dinner each week; a "Date Night!!"
Now I only eat McD's breakfast only once a month or so!!!

What I don't miss from Mickey D's Breakfast: egg shells in my eggs. No matter what, I always get egg shells in my egg mcmuffin. I don;t need the extra protein . LOL

Richiela1. Ok l went to mcd and got 2 and neither of them had egg shells. I think its prob just your local mcd or one of the employees that works there is slack and lets shell pieces fall in the egg slots

False information about the folded egg product. It may be precooked before you order your biscuit sandwich. But, it is cooked and folded the morning you ordered your biscuit sandwich. Egg product can be found in your local grocery stores.

back when they first came out all the eggs were fresh instead of a ring they had flat ware you would pour the eggs in when done you did a tri fold and put it on the biscuit they was a silver pale you would crack 3 to 4 dozen eggs wisk it up you had a ladle you can make either scrambled or flat eggs

The only really good breakfast sandwich is, in my opinion, the McGriddle. Try it with extra bacon, and substitute the round egg for the folded egg.

I admit to craving McDonald’s Sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwich. The thing that puts it above all other fast-food breakfast sandwiches is that it contains ONE REAL FRESH FRIED EGG, NO POWDERED OR LIQUID EGGS. If other restaurants emulated McDonald’s in this regard and advertised it so people know I think they’d pull a decent amount of breakfast patrons away from McDonald’s.
