FINDING FREE RIVERSIDE CAMPING | BEAUTY OF TWENTYNINE PINES CAMPGROUND

- This week we take you out to Twentynine Pines campground and show you some of the beauty that it beholds with great river access and if you are lucky enough , be able to camp right next to the river. We also go out exploring some other places in the area to reach for some more riverside camping where we found a couple of great spots , the first right on the river and the next one right above the river with some amazing views. We then take you back to Twentynine Pines campground and show you the greatest part of camping there which is the Teanaway river access , which make for some great wadding during the hot summer days. Camping at the Twentynine pines campground is free with a discover pass.

It’s been one of my favorites since the early 60’s, early 70’s we could drive just past the campground and take a left down a road to the river (private spot could always get it)…campground has increased in size and houses gotten closer
I can see where that is the case as there are a fair amount of houses on the road up there. Was one of our favorite places to visit this year !!
Thanks for the review. I've camped at Teanaway Campground in the West Fork many times, but haven't tried this one yet. Looks like I need to give it a shot, especially in the off-season. The Teanaway is definitely beautiful.
Thank you for the great comment. We drove around the Teanaway Campground while we were up there and 29 pines is just a bit more on the rustic side (which we didnt mind). In the off season I wouldn't be surprised if many people will even be there. There were still great spots open all weekend, even in July.
