She's great. He must be so proud of her. Good job. She's normal. She's nice. She's intelligent. With a father like that she could have turned out so differently.

She's 52 years old and looks great. Paul has been a vegetarian since the 60s and plays 3-hour rock concerts at 80 years old. Ringo too. So seems vegetarianism might be a good way to go.
It helps having a Beatle for a dad and also be part of Kodak-Eastman.

@@StratsRUs - Well, she hasn't had work done if that is what you are suggesting. That is super rare in the UK as we are not as vein and shallow as Americans.
They are not related to Kodak-Eastman. This was a rumour that started due to her being a photographer and her surname. It was repeated in the MSM for decades. But Linda constantly said throughout the years that it was false and it is pretty easy to confirm it to be false online now.
In fact, her father changed his name from Epstein, due to Americans being insanely racist.
If interested - Her mother, Louise Sara Eastman (née Lindner), was from a German-Jewish family. Her maternal grandfather was Max J. Lindner, founder of the Lindner Company clothing store in Cleveland, Ohio. Her father, Lee Eastman, was born Leopold Vail Epstein and was the son of Russian-Jewish immigrants.

Firstly, it was said lightheartedly but it is a fact that far fewer Brits get plastic surgery and botox etc. Statistically, 7,000 out of 100,000 Americans get plastic surgery and only 609 Brits do. It is clearly cultural and not about the wealth of the nation as Brazil is a close second to the US
I do believe that this is because Brits are generally culturally less shallow about looks. Culturally - which means not all Americans are like that just many more.

@@AnyoneCanSee You need to find better news sources. The doors of the capital were opened up by the capital police and the citizens were allowed in. It's indisputable since it is on video. The only people who did any damage like breaking windows were ANTIFA who infiltrated the protest. The protesters were there because they wished to show their disapproval of the multiple voting violations during the election. It had nothing to do with the mythical white supremacists. I have lived in nine states and traveled to many more and have yet to meet a white supremacist. In this day and age, the term white supremacist like racist has lost all meaning. If you love your country, you are a WS. If you believe in the constitution, you are a WS. If you want equality as opposed to equity, you are a WS, and on and on. No-one is buying it anymore. The British, who colonized vast amounts of the world, have the audacity to criticize America when the Brits embedded slavery into our economy while America and the British living in America were still subjects of the crown. As soon as America was able, after recuperating from two wars with Britain and growing our economy and military to point at which we could survive a civi war (a relatively short eighty years), we brought an end to slavery at a horrific cost in blood and treasure.

If you look at the first McCartney solo album, you can see infant Mary tucked into Paul's coat. It's a very cute photo.
Paul and Linda insisted that the kids grow up normally. They went to public school, had chores, and were expected to do something with their lives. I’d say it worked out.
What a beautiful throw back spirit,sweet and real, need more like her in today’s world.
It never fails I get a free offer of meat through my grocery then a wonderful program comes on like this about Vegan Cooking.

I've started and enjoy eating Linda McCartney's vegan sausages. Add a chutney while warming and your off to a great meal with mashed potatoes and other vegetables.
I could listen to Mary all day - just like I could listen to her dad all day. She is a treasure, making people feel so at ease with such charm. If I were asked about which 3 guests I would love to have at dinner, Mary would definitely be one of them. I have her books and we are cooking from them, having gone meat free in our household since 2021. Down 30 lbs just from that alone!

awesome. My husband went vegan and was able to stop taking insulin for his diabetes and lost 40 lb.s I have been vegetarian since 1985 and am becoming more vegan every day.

She's is the wee baby in Paul's coat on the back of his first solo album. I like the fact she is a great ambassador for the environment without being all Greta about it. I think that pushes many away.
I don't know if they do this on her show but she should take a portrait of each guest at the end of the meal. Tie the two things together and a great way to wrap up the episode to show the portrait.
I have been trying to find Linda's mushroom gravy recipe for over 25 years. It was in the PeTA magazine back in '89 or '90 on a tearout card. I made it for Thanksgiving in I think '90 and everyone loved it, then the recipe was lost. Asked PeTA if they had one and they couldn't find it. Mary, can you help me find your Mom's mushroom gravy recipe or anybody else. Thanks
It’s in her cookbook titled “Linda’s Kitchen”. If you don’t have it yet it’s on Amazon and I highly recommend it. Hope this helps :)
Good for you Jack :) My husband and I have been vegan for 6 plus years now because of my beautiful son Will. I thank him and his wisdom every single day.
I have been vegan for decades, mostly because I took a deep dive into the animal agriculture business and it's inherent cruelty. My sister just became vegan one year ago but she did it for health reasons. She was pre-diabetic, had fatty liver disease and metabolic disease. ALL of her health issues cleared up and she lost 20 pounds.

Whole food plant based (WFPB) eating is the way of the future for anyone who is concerned about this planet. The money which governments spend to support meat and dairy is massive and it is so destructive. The Amazon is currently being cleared so much that it will be a desert at this rate in the future. The Sahara Desert wasn't always a desert, but was a temperate rainforest in parts, with lakes, rivers, grasslands and forests 6,000 years ago. It is now the biggest desert because of human use and climate changes. Water tables which keep trees and plants alive drop when plants are cleared and don't maintain the water level for new plants. I'll say what Mary didn't. The reason people are dying of heart disease, cancer and have high rates of diabetes is because they are eating the standard American diet of meat and dairy, with more fats and protein than any healthy body needs.

Meatless Mondays are fine, but now we need to do the reverse as our climate is in desperate need of a 180. Please only eat animal products one day a week, like maybe a splurge Saturday or part of Throwback Thursday or something. Your heath, the environment and the animals will thank you.

I eat meat sometimes but try expanding your palette. There is awesome vegan food.
I'm pretty sure none of her recipes includes grass. Paul and Ringo are in their 80s and fit and healthy and Paul plays three-hour rock concerts. Both have been vegetarian since the 60s. I'm not a vegetarian but it certainly seems to be good for a person's health. When I look at all the obese people in the USA I think a meat-free day is the least they need to do.
I enjoy some vegan dishes, they're not all bad...but I do still enjoy my meat😁👌
Vegan food has evolved over the years. 30 years ago when I became vegan, it was kinda boring. But now it's gourmet.

He and his now third wife have no children.
