Just FYI...since you're in Lagos, you can get these a lot cheaper in balogun market. A LOT of these stores get them there for like half the cost and then resell them to us...planning a wedding right now and that's where I got mine...the bridal one with tons of stones and really high quality aso oke cost me 13grand...so if you don't mind a market trip, you'll save a lot of coins going direct to the source

How I wish I was you. So pretty and being able to legitimately wear one of these! I have lost all my hair and I wear a wig. But a gele would be more comfortable. But where I live it would be more obvious than a wig. I like both of the ones that you have tried, by the way.

I like the gold color but your right the black with the crisscross frames your face beautifully. Am from the US and never seen a gele before but I find them beautiful and if I did wear them I would want the auto one too in black. Wow you look stunning and the headwear is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to mention that traditional Vietnamese wedding dresses also include a headdress that looks very similar. Combined it's called ao dai khan dong. I have to say I prefer the look of tbe black auto gele more. It's very cool that they are adjustable and the embellishments make them both look even more beautiful.
