Error 437 is a CreepyPasta version of Minecraft where there is an Entity like Error 422 or Chaos Craft or Herobrine (like The Backrooms and SCP Foundation mods). This 1.18 / 1.19 hardcore survival mod challenge was insane. Not Minecraft, But Water Rises or Minecraft, But Lava Rises, or any other datapack challenge like that. This is Surviving up to 100 days in Minecraft but a cursed version instead of a modded Minecraft version. This is not like Giant Alex or fake Herobrine sightings or any other fake Minecraft CreepyPastas. Error 437 apparently contains real viruses including the "MEMZ" virus so probably don't play it yourself.

note for Kohl: always use 2 virtual machines inside of each other. Some viruses are capable of penetrating a VM, and infecting the machine running the VM. I think u get it...

Reminds me of the old demo 2.1 version where there was one world that had lava that would eat the world due to it not having proper fire coding. Honestly one of the more unnerving things ive seen as it just invisibly ate through walls of bricks and spread to the entire world steadily

some of the crashing effects/popups are definitely made with the memz virus, if you look up a video of it you'll see the resemblence, i dont think its actually harmful though, as it just seems to be parts of it

You missed one thing, if you stand in the main menu long enough, the game will glitch itself then the background of your computer changes, lastly you get a message "YOU CANNOT PLAY THIS MINECRAFT VERSION TEMPORARY, DO YOU WISH TO PLAY LATER? Y/N" while you given two option if you press yes it just BSOD your computer, while pressing no is still unknown what will happen, and this version also happens in the latest version of the game.

Also, if you wait long enough a message will appear it will say "Herobrine joined the game" then everything will be turned into a glitchly amalgam texture then it BSOD at that point, but there's a footage of a player base getting destroyed and meeting herobrine, while attacking the player then BSOD appears at that point

If you wait a little while, a error pop-up, it only says hello and if you press the button or close the window, the face of herobrine jumpscares you, and then after that it become "normal" again.

Ok so the virus inside of it is called Kane MEMZ which seems like a variant of the MEMZ trojan
It looks like the only payloads seen of it in game is the flashing inverting lights which is part of MEMZ's usual payloads but also the message box spam which happens when MEMZ is not properly taskkilled
I don't think the original MEMZ can escape a VM but since this is a variant, it might do it
Another thing I find interesting is the absence of the harmful payloads so I guess some payloads were picked from MEMZ and placed onto this Kane MEMZ variant
I'd rather still be careful and make 1 VM which appears like a normal computer and another VM inside it that is just a regular VM to be careful
understand that the game does in fact contain "memz" although not in a malicious form. Running this on your actual hardware is safe.

THEORY: my theory is that there are 2 entities cause at one point the entity said "you shouldn't be here" like it doesn't want you in the game but then it says "help us" that's the second entity that wants you there so this means that the first entity doesn't want you there cause it knows you will help the second entity

You should have layered the computer with two virtual machines incase the virus escapes one virtual machine
If you're running modern windows and run a gen 1 hyper v VM it would be very unlikely for a host breach to occur
Also disable all host extension services to be safe

5:01 - That is just a normal glitch in older versions and on the crash reports the version says "1.3.8" which was when this occurred. This was fixed around the time of 1.11. I know 1.3.8 is a fake version, it still had this bug in 1.3 versions
