scary write and read than input and output we all ready know. unless you think its usb/flash you write/output or read/input -> nc. it just could understand you read CNC and it backup it to USB,but actually it read from USB and overwrite CNC. im pretty sure it ask REALLY do you want overwrite CNC on that wrong option xD
So far so good for us. We have two 750L's that each have 7000 hours and they haven't had an ounce of service other than PMs. We do have a 750II that had a ball screw bearing failure after about 13 months that was mostly covered under warranty. That might have been our fault from blowing chips so much in the mill that they floated under the way cover. Our HC400 treats us well, few major complaints, but the tool changer is a bit finicky on occasion. That mill might have not been fully buttoned up prior to shipping; we found lots of loose hardware on it as the weeks went on.... Our bran new DVF6500's are pretty dope! They're pucker fast which is made worse by the fact that they're 5 axis..... they're almost robodrill fast. They also come fully loaded (fixture hydraulics to platter, TSC, coolant pressure, 18k spindle, very quick spindle ramp up speeds and flow monitors, the works!) The doors are very heavy which makes it harder for smaller operators. We built some auto doors again for it. Luckily, in another 2 months only 2,000lb yellow operators will be running them.... Generally, they are very robust mills. The Fanuc UI sucks even with the new shiney version, but yellow operators don't care.... I care that I can manipulate the control to have a great conversation between the mill and robot/PLC.
