@@Weberkettleclub Glad to see you using them. I bet a lot of those in collectors hands are just show pieces. I'd be happy to have just one lime green!! They're so expensive nowadays though
Loved the "Mistake Alert" ben there done that!! Was waiting to see if you grabbed the BBQ sauce to help cool down that chunk ;-) I KNOW how hot there are in that stage, but SOOOO good. Great video, love your approach, New subscriber here
Troy, really liking the still camera and the addition of the top view. The WKC intro is on point. Love some belly ends and done on a that beautiful green. C&b addition? Well done, bud 👍
I'm relatively new to kettle cooking. I have been studying different methods of how to cook pork belly burnt ends and I really liked this method. Its simple to follow and can be easily changed to peoples liking. I'm going to try this (but i might tone down the butter a little)
I absolutely enjoy your enthusiasm! Your COMPLETELY ORIGINAL recipe looked amazing. I know it was fantastic because you repeatedly sacrificed your food hole...LMAOOO! I have a Slow N Sear review coming soon. I hope you check it out!
I like the addition of the camera up top. Great video and hope the move goes well. If you need a place to store any kettles.... I will baby sit them for you. Haha cheers man.
I had a decent fire in my ash box on this grill also..was making promises to Jesus and sweating it for about 10 minutes until the grease burned out. fed the burnt up burgers to my in laws...

Did you add water to the Slow and Sear?
I did not. I very rarely add water. I usually only add water if I let temps get away and I need to bring them down.
