Different chefs use different ingredients but roughly is combination of these ingredients: sichuan pepper,white or black pepper, salt or chicken stock powder, the most important spice which all of them use is chinese 5 spices you can find it in asian supermarkets.This chef didn’t add hoisin soy sauce or fresh ginger and spring onions inside some chefs do but overall those are the ingredients

Salt and five spice powder. For 5lb duck, at least 1 TBS salt & 1 TS five spice powder will do. Sometimes I put more five spice powder for dry rub if it is not aromatic enough
What are the spices they show in the end of the video? I dont recognize all of them. I see chili, ginger?, star anise, bay leaf, probably cinnamon and three other things. Anybody can help?
Looks to me it is the raw materials for 5 spice. Every 5 spice powder blend is actually different from each other. And guess what... not all 5 spice blends contains 5 actual spices, some has more. Also less common is 13 spice powder, but I never hear it being used for roasting ducks, especially for Cantonese recipe. Peking duck... never had it so I cannot say.

Dried mandarin orange peel, black cardamom. Last one i dont know. Let me know when you find what it is.😁
