Flip 7 looks fun, Combo is cute and makes me want to drink a smoothie, but Curses and Covens is the clear winner for me. Those Cards are so beautiful! Beck's little head bobbing around is also precious. Thanks for the awesome review:)
Watching now. Love card games that can be easily transported in my board game "go bag" for game nights. Gonna be honest I didn't notice the skin issues at all even after going full screen and 1080p
Sounds like Flip 7 was the popular Christmas gift. lol. I got it as well as a Christmas gift. Played it a handful of times so far and it feels like it can have 2 speeds to. You'll get a game that drags on cause everyone is busting or very careful anytime they get any number of points. Our last game seemed to go pretty fast as everyone was rolling with the luck.
We have Surfosaurus Max and really enjoy it. It’s great. My 7.5 year old picked it up right away. Not sure about the whole smoothie thing but the production looks pretty at least. We’re 1-play into Flip 7 and had a blast during that play.
They are - in fact they (currently) have plans to release 2 versions. One at the current retail box size, with fancy cards. And the smaller "convention" size box that most folks wanted, with the normal cards. And I think it's planned for the small box version to be a lot less money too.
I got Flip 7 for Christmas and I really like it. I've played it a couple times with my game group, and both times there were big moments where everyone cheers or laughs when someone pushes their luck far enough to go for 7. I think it's a game where how fun it is depends a bit on the people playing it.
That little hand reaching for you at the beginning!! 😂 so adorable
It’s so cute!! 😭😭😭

I agree! The art for that game is stunning!
Flip 7 quickly became a family and gaming group favourite here! :)
That is so awesome to hear!

Totally! It's such a fun game, but you're right about the speed variations!
Had no idea about combo, I've been looking for surfosautus max without much luck. Thanks.
It’s a great game! Let me know what you think of it!

SO glad to hear you’re enjoying those!
Flip 7 was quite simple yet worked pretty well with a 7p group. I agree that waiting for the 200 threshold made it drag a bit.
Totally, I found that the 200 threshold dragged it out a little, too.
Heard of Flip7 but the other two are new to me. C&C sounds INTERESTING!
Check it out!!!
Also, listicles are always the way to go. Low value or cheap to mass produce
It's crazy someone as pretty as you is into board games. Lucky husband
I have been trying to find Flip 7 and have not been able to get a copy yet. Sure hope the company has more copies on the way to retail.

What acne??? But yeah, lists always do better than reviews and reviews always do better than gameplay or so it seems
