I don’t work with horses but I can think of a lot of uses for that horse pick when camping, picking up a bush pot by its bale or opening a can tab..or for me personally, fidgeting or getting an itch in my sock
That Case is epic. You need a bowie (coffin handle) and a boot knife for your collection. Also wouldn't hurt to have a good sixgun. May I suggest a Freedom Arms .454 that'll load a 45 Colt too. Or a Colt Army or Navy if ya got funds for originals. And a toothpick. Gotta have that....
That’s a case equestrians knife! I love mine, between training horses and my regular job as an aircraft mechanic I’m always finding uses for the pick. My only complaint is that case uses a stainless steel for their blades and it dulls pretty quickly with regular use, but it always sharpens backup.
@@StartupCowboyI git a friend that’s a bladesmith and we’re drawing up ideas for a custom knife with a hoof pick. Im trying to think of how to design it with a fixed blade bull cutter type knife. It’s gonna be a special build and I’m going to use one of mares shoes when she gets a new set.
The Lionsteel B35 would make a nice Cowboy knife or some of the LT Wright fixed blades like the Next Gen . White River knives has some nice small fixed blades as well.
I think the best knife is the one that works for you! I did some research on that knife it looks a nice and functional knife but it would be too large for what I do on a day to day basis.

I feel the same way. Would be cool to have it built with different steal.

Carbon steel. I hate stainless steel.
