There is so much to love about this home. Lovely colors chosen everywhere... The space is just one of the best i have ever seen toured. I love everything from The Living room to that Beautiful Kitchen, Backyard is very polished, The Entertainnent section is Immaculate; with a Movie Theather that has a blue light on the walls is a win and that enclosed wine section & bar also one of nicest i've seen in a home.
Great sizes bedrooms, and i love that balcony!! definitely one of the highlight for sure coz it is definitely one of the biggest like you said " what would you even do with all this space?? 🤔 i guess you just admired it while living in this home.
Also you ask what everyone thinks of that picture by the fireplace? All i can think of is: A Spider...even if its not, still have an art that everyone will talk about lol.

this Home is beautiful. Nice flow, open bright and airy perfect for a growing family. I hope you find a buyer. The only issue is the price for the home which have no views and the street looks like small older homes so i’m predicting perhaps construction in the future. other than that, anyone who lives in this home would be very happy.

I can see myself living in this home. The kitchen needs another sink, and another oven. That kitchen is way to big and pretty for just 1 sink and 1 oven. That could of been planned better.

Thanks for the video! Nice, of course, but only a two stall garage at this price would be a deal breaker. There are several features that are no better than what you would find at half the cost in other new builds. Guess you are paying for Brentwood location, but the neighboring homes do not support this cost. Pass….

Roof? The whole house is.
I typically feel like homes on the market are overpriced but this one seems worth it. Tastefully done and spacious. Only downside is no views.

14 Million. Highly overpriced. It's a nice one. But the overpriced properties do not sell anymore. Since last years new Property Taxes it's even worse.
3:18 it says missing plugin, no biggie. With the advent of big TVs then projection should really be avoided in these high end homes. Displays are just far more vivid. Samsung has a 98" Qled on sale now for less than 4k$ and if that's too small they have bigger. And I get the idea of a cinema room but I figure that in practice people will just watch in the living room so that's where the capability should be imagined. I get feature stone wall and fireplace, these are classic elements but not at the expense of a display. The TV. It has to be integral to the design, anything else is disingenuous. I see many american homes where the TV is way up on the wall to make room for the fireplace that is never use. That is an ergonomic failure. If designers are ashamed of TVs either cover them or get those that can pretend to be paintings but don't pretend that TVs aren't a thing.
Whoever staged this property did a very poor job. LOL
