Hi Judy for the frosting you can try doing a crumb coating first (very thin layer of frosting over the cake to seal the crumbs). Refrigerate it for 30 mins or an hour until the frosting sets so the crumbs dont get all over the place when you do your frosting decorations. It could also help to pipe the frosting with a ziplock bag similar to how you pipe the lumpia filling so you can get in the nooks and crannies easier too :)
or even freeze it

That cake is to soft I think it's better freezing it and than do the crumb coat or the icing .

Leave the cake in refrigerator over night then do 30 mins in freezer. Then icing and design. That's how I do all my layered cake and they have all come out beautifully

Benji, I think the youngest child IS usually ‘fearless’ because they see the older sibling carrying on. Meaning, they see them playing on the grass and pavement and touching all kinds of things, they don’t see hesitation.

Chill your cakes before frosting. And use a butter knife or anything like that... not a rubber spatula. Otherwise just mix the whole cake that's been frosted and make cake pops!

Judy. For cake decorating try using a butter cream icing. It’s much smoother to use and it should glide over the cake!
Something I have been musing over (not all that serious). I see so much of Julianna in Leah but when JB was a baby I always thought she looked like Judy and especially Mama. Yet, when Lea ihs alone on the screen, I always go "dang, look at Benji," but I never thought that Julianna looked like Benji as a baby or even now.
