I don't think that is allowed by the park rules language. I'm not sure the tuolumne in the park is entirely worth it, there are much better runs nearby.
being a complete evergreen noobie, how much experience/training/equipment would it take to get to the level of proficiency to take on this "safely"? Because this looks wildly fun
