Thank you..
Some people try to take advantage of you clean up whole pile just for the scrap at least you are helping out if they were smart could of took it in themselves but you did what you do and helped them out i did some scrapping myself dad owned a landfill wouldn't believe what I took to scrap yard built a 44 story skyscraper here and the i beam had to haul to dump so i loaded up my dump truck and made 7000 dollars a load and there was 4 loads plus the other stuff took in the landfill supported 5 families plus dad made a good chunk of change i like watching you down to earth 😊 18:08
Ooooh a double coil , that tickles me 😅😅 tickled me when you said it great video brother
😆 🤣 😂 😆
down here in austin texas its like 100 degrees already, it feels like 110, id love 80 degrees, have to put gloves on to touch the metal or it will burn like crazy, wish the steel would get back to 10 cents or more, its 7 cents a pound here, thanks for another video
I enjoy watching your videos Mike. I'm in Eastern Oregon, so our scrap is different than what you get. It's an extremely rural area, with lots of farm and ranch scrap. The scrap yard is a couple of hours from the house, and prices aren't nearly what you get, but it's better than working for someone else.
I've been doing some UA-cam videos too, and I'd appreciate it if you would take a look at them.
Keep up the good work!
Yes some locations have different challenges. It's different scrapping in the city verse. A rural area. There is no scrapyards close to me either. I go about an hour away. Which isn't as bad as some people. But that just means you take bigger heavier loads, and make sure that you're always filling to back your truck with your nonferrist. Metals like copper and things like that. This way, you're not just taking all your heavy steel or tin shred You gotta bring some good stuff every time you go. Even if it's a couple of buckets of stuff cause that will make you more money in the long run
That's how I do it. I try to get around 5,000 pounds on the trailer, and enough non ferrous in the pickup to at least pay for fuel.
Great video
Hot, muggy weather makes it tough for sure. Stay hydrated bud. Good video.

Good video! Cheers from sweden!

I don’t know if you know this, but each gas grill propane connection has a little piece of brass in it
I'll have to check that out
@@Adventureswithmike1 I believe he's referring to the gas regulator valve, which is mostly cast aluminum with a small piece of brass on it.
Well it was in a pile. lol
I'll charge to if I have to do labor work while picking up scrap
You have to.. People will make it absolutely miserable for you.
@@Adventureswithmike1 yea I do junk removal to and ŵhen it comes to paying if they don't want to pay I would drop everything in the yard nd off my truck
