I got the most noticable result around my eyes when doing some light lymph massage regulary. The swelling in my upper and lower eyelids (allergies) is reduced significantly.
Thank you for inspiring me to pick up my rutine again!

I ❤️ur channel! My sister is actually a licensed Aesthetician (in Charlotte, NC) & so much of your advice is right on par with what she does! She also started out as a Cosmetologist doing hair, then she moved on to massage therapy & after 10 years of that, she moved on to facial care. She suffered as a teen with cystic acne & now, to look at her beautiful skin, u would NEVER know it! Through great skincare, she has transformed her skin. It’s been amazing! Thanks so much for all your honest reviews also. It’s extremely helpful to know a good product & with an unbiased review, it saves people a lot of time, money & frustration:)

I agree with these 2 methods as I've been doing jade roller all over my neck and face for months now prior to MC plus working the vectors and have seen more of a tighten and lift. I also always start from the bottom " neck area" with Microcurrent. 👌

Great tips, Penny. I don’t do a lymphatic massage before using my micro current device. Also the emphasis on gentle pressure and analogies as to how to achieve the lightest touch is incredibly helpful. I found I overworked the Gua Sha and was concerned I was stretching my skin so don’t use it. Now I am sure I placed too much pressure. Love knowing that I need only the lightest touch and the tools are literally at my fingertips. Thank you!

    • @tashalee4294
      @tashalee4294 Рік тому +2

I feel like I use too much pressure with the Gua Sha also. It's good to know where the lymph nodes are so that you can put more pressue on the muscles vs the lymph nodes.

Just came across your channel after buying ZIIP HALO and found this all very interesting. My mother used to do light taps to her face and when she was in her 90's many people thought her skin looked like someone in their 70's, she just had great tone and very little wrinkles. It could be genetics, diet but she used to believe the tapping helped. Thanks for this video.

Gua sha is fantastic, I agree!!
Microcurrent does have other benefits…but for me it’s the lymphatic drainage. I actually love to perform Gua sha prior to microcurrent ☺️

This video could not have come at a better time. I have had a Nu face for several years now and I use it intermittently. The reason I did that was because I didn’t really think it was doing anything. I recognize that at 74 I may not be getting results that I want. I may be delusional 🤦🏼‍♀️and I may be expecting more than as possible but nevertheless I was just about to give my Nu face away. I am now going to drag it out and see if the lymphatic drainage works. I did have another question I don’t believe you addressed if you do the lymphatic drainage with an oil or a cream?

When I’m doing lymphatic drainage before microcurrent I either do it on dry skin (light touch doesn’t need slip). I avoid oils bc I’d have to wash them off (they interfere with the current) before doing microcurrent. If I didn’t plan to do microcurrent a nice oil and Gua sha is amazing or light oil and hands is great too. So many wonderful oils to choose from-currently I’m using an oil from Facegym (mostly just to use it up) but Good Molecules makes some wonderful oils for *very* reasonable prices 💜💜💜

This is such a good idea! I tried this this morning and I think it is beneficial for me. I wondered if a gua sha would be okay to use instead of fingertips? I think I will add this to my routine either way.

I have been asking so many questions and I apologize. I really trust you and just want your opinion, lol. Do you feel the Clareblend mini is a good microcurrent device, or would you recommend another one?

Hi Lea, it’s *always* ok to ask questions! *I* apologize if I don’t see or answer them all!
The Clareblend mini is very good! I’ve actually never personally tried it but the specs are right, it looks really straightforward and it’s been on my personal list forever! ♥️

I am loving your videos I’ve watched a few already about microcurrent and I am a newbie to microcurrent I have been looking into several different types of microcurrent I’m a little skeptical and a little nervous about using one and also a little nervous about investing in one as everybody you’re afraid investing in one and then it doesn’t work and now you’re talking about micro needling I’ve seen a few videos on that and that really scares me I’m not too sure about that one I’m a little nervous about doing anything to my face except the normal you know every day cleansing and adding on you your sermons and what not if you have any advice for a newbie on microcurrent and micro needling I could definitely use any advice again I’m a little nervous and skeptical but any advice for a newbie on both of those would be great and I love your videos and the information you’re putting out there had definitely helped tremendously😊

So happy to see this! I love my ZIIP and would love to make sure that I get the most out of it. I tried to find the FB group I was a member over a year ago and the link isn’t working 😥 did I do something wrong?

Hi there. I’m new to your channel. Do you have any step by step pictures for this process? Thanks in advance. I’m new to everything tbh. You are a huge help for this old girl.

My issue with microcurrent is the need to do it so often. I can't stay consistent (no matter how often I try), so I the device goes in the drawer, never to be seen again...sigh
