Difficult to pinpoint exactly but the 100 is a longer version of the -70, which in turn is based on the F28, that dates to 1967! The A320 only came out in 1986. It’s safe to say many ideas from Fokker were copied by Airbus. I’ve flown with many ex Fokker captains who all say the A320 is very similar to the F100, cockpit wise. After Fokker went bankrupt, many of their engineers went to Airbus so it’s no wonder the 320 series looks very similar.

But only thing differs from the cockpits of these two: the A320 come with Flyby-wire while the Fokker has a conventional control column.
THE NOISE! I flew Fokker 100 a couple of times and I regretted I was ever born. Deafening noise and low cellphone-like vibration of every hard surface of the aircraft. Not horrible, but unbearable on flights that last longer than 45 minutes to an hour.
