I don’t personally see how it’s rude to ask a professional bodybuilder what their height and weight is. It’s the two most fundamental measurements of a bodybuilder. Any professional has some idea of what their own measurements are/would be. Even if it’s not exact you’d have some idea. Getting fussy and condescending is unnecessary. I think if Mike truly wanted to shut this guy down, he would have said “190cm and about 200 pounds” or whatever. Or even, “I dunno. Let me jump on your scale!”. Getting all defensive, awkward and changing the subject appears a lot weaker, at least in my opinion

Mike O'Hearn is my favorite natural bodybuilder of all time. Very honest guy and upfront. I respect him because he would for sure never needle himself to get ahead. Great all around guy. Just a fantastic specimen that beat all genetic odds and shows that testosterone can still be as high as when you're 50 or 20!

In addition to that he was challenged by a marine grappler while doing a military tour and the grappler pushed it too far and Mike broke his arm via armbar in a heated match. Mike O'hearn is no fucking joke and would eat this guys lunch and there is not a damn thing he could do about it. Last point, BIG does not equal BAD but in Mikes case he is capable and is both.

I don’t understand why these guys are so sensitive about their weight and height. Just seems like they’re constantly insecure about themselves but yet they’re trying to teach you to be positive about your body image and he can’t even handle their own body image
Because if you’re consistently the biggest/most attractive guy in the room the compliments start to get to you. Like he probably doesn’t have an exact idea how tall or how heavy he is, probably the last time he had a physical or weigh in but the IDEA he has in his head of how big he is can’t be squashed
One of my buddies is a real ladies man, he’s never had an issue with girls. I’m hanging out on Christmas & a few girl are asking how tall I am. I’m 6’3 & abit taller in shoes. When. Told them how tall I was they were shocked I wasn’t taller “I thought you were 7 foot! No way you’re 6’0 anon!” I’m a good head taller than my buddy & he got outed in the worst way possible😭

Mike O'Hearn is my favorite natural bodybuilder of all time. Very honest guy and upfront. I respect him because he would for sure never needle himself to get ahead. Great all around guy. Just a fantastic specimen that beat all genetic odds and shows that testosterone can still be as high as when you're 50 or 20!

@@shadowpwls3 couple things here, Mike is extremely athletic freakishly strong a judo champion has experience with real contact physical brutality, check him out on american gladiators and battle dome kicking the shit out of people. In addition to that he was challenged by a marine grappler while doing a military tour and the grappler pushed it too far and Mike broke his arm via armbar in a heated match. Mike O'hearn is no fucking joke and would eat this guys lunch and there is not a damn thing he could do about it. Last point, BIG does not equal BAD but in Mikes case he is capable and is both.
