It's not too exciting, but I like the Porsche 911 RSR engine in the 911 GT3 RS. Great sound and substantially increases the fuel economy.
Goes for all race engine swaps. Great for doing grind races like Sardegna.
@@ABlockBeats yep. I also constantly use Shioriko Mifune's MAZDA 787B engine into some of the lightweighted cars like Mini Rover.

One cheap fun swap : Abarth 595 with the Civic Type R engine
Fully upgraded, you have a pocket rocket with almost 1/1 power to weight ratio

For pure fun factor, the Super Silhouette swap into the 1970 Skyline is my favourite, especially getting that thing up to 250mph.

This update bar none has greatly improved and changed the game to a different degree than before. For the longest time since day 1 of release people were persistently asking for buyable parts and engine swaps, and now we got them.
The Mazda3 with the 787b engine is nice, very good sleeper
Almost drivable at full power thanks to its 4 wheels drive

My favorite swap is a Nissan R34 chassis with the NISMO VRH35Z-R92CP engine (Source Car: Nissan R92CP). Extremely flexible combo with the ability to earn BIG BUCK$. I have a cool RedBull livery made especially for this combo.
I have it setup mainly for the 700pp TC race at Le Mans. With the right brake & drive balance & fuel mix 4 you can complete the whole race without a stop & even lap some traffic with the right weather conditions.
The Coyote Pantera is probably my favorite one so far. Such a good driving car
The thing I was most happy about with these engine swaps is that I can now create actual replicas of JDM legends and noteworthy cars from titles like Tokyo Xtreme Racer, Wangan Midnight, Ridge Racer, Racing Lagoon, Need for Speed, etc, and even famous movie cars. Engine swaps for days!!!
The RX7 w/ 787b and the F40 w/ Enzo are my favorites so far!
I have 3 swapped RX7’s and 2 swapped F40’s so far, testing completely different setups on each.

Try the E30 M3 with Hyabusa V8 and Amuse s2000 with Honda GR2 nsx engine
@@corpsenugget455 ohh I will soon after some more testing! Right now I’m on the NSX type R’s and really love the handling on the 02’ so far. Haven’t tested the 92’ yet
Just wondering, why do you have multiple cars to engine swap? Is it so you have the original car that you can tune without doing the engine swap?

cappuccino is definitely my favorite, i was lucky enough to get the engine and the ultra turbo as soon as they were released in game and its been my fave grinder at 600 and 700, its even capable of beating sard 800.
two honorable mentions: 1) VW beetle with Porsche swap and 2) 91 Honda beat with the K20 are cool for Le mans aswell
it is a shame that we have k20c1 swap instead of K20A. i would see N/A K series in those cars

U se the Cappuccino in the 700pp money grind at Le Mans... Also another favourite is the TVR with the Camaro engine. Around 1000hp, fairly stable. It WAS my 700pp until I was just messing about with other cars for a laugh.

The Willy’s on some dirt tires is a super fun rally car

My favorite has to be the 2JZ Yaris. The image is just sounds so…amusing to me.

my personal favorite is the coyote engine in the pantera, which can push out 800+ hp thanks to the ultimate parts now in stock
I found that the 787B Rotary engine can also be installed into the Mazda3. From your list, the one that I like the most is the Alfa Romeo. Thanks for the video.

Yep... its way better than the rx7 too... 4WD makes it a beast on Tokyo express
The Mazda3 with the 787b engine is great for LeMans. You can do 4 laps on fuel map 1 and it reaches 210+ mph (340+ kmh) on the straights. The Silvia with the drift motor is also crazy fast on LeMans. Albeit you do have to fight it on corner exits and you have to refuel every 2 laps. It’s still a really fun car though if you’re looking for something different to try

My fave is the 4 rotor in the FD to make the Mazda RX-787. Got 2000 miles on it and been using it to grind money at Lemans for months
The silvia q with the engine swap is a beast on tokyo expressway, 1 pit stop on the 7th lap. Avg 2:02 lap times so you can complete the whole race in 26 minute's works out 2.3m per hour with clean race. And you get past all cars on first straight so no traffic issues. 235mph top speed
it’s about damn time they did this in the last update. you know how hard it was trying to get one in a roulette only for it to repeat the same engine twice?

delorean swap is definitely my favourite swap, being great as a track car, it can also drift really well with the right tuning!
The 787b engine in the Mazda 3 with all the upgrades on it is so fun. Honestly one of my favourite cars now because of how crazy it is. I have most of the cars in the game too, platinum trophy

There’d around 470 in the game and I have 452 of them
They should add a lobby that randomizes the track and accept cars based on pp. Also another good lobby would be everyone driving the same random car on a random track. These lobbies would not count for grading, just for quick fun racing.
Unfortunately theres not much fun in / with this game

I like the 787 engine in the mazda3. Great for 700pp lemans race
The Fairlady Z swap, is almost as amazing as the RX7 to 787B. I was lucky enough to win this one before the update & used it as a cash cow on the 30 minute @ Le Mans. As long as you don't ignore yellow flags you will get the bonus even if you go off course or hit another car. I found it much better than Tokyo since it's only a few minutes more, much easier & if it doesn't rain, you don't have to pit with the RX7 or the Z.
This. At LeMans doing 4 laps @ LM4, 195 mph on the straights, doing 4.05 laps (I'm old and slow). Rain or shine. Waiting at the end 15-40 seconds to cross at 30:00 minutes even.

Depends what pp you are playing at..: at 700pp the S13 swap is EASILY the fastest swap!

I highly recommend trying the yaris gr swap. Fully tuned on r softs is a thing of beauty. Can't really use is it on any grind races but it's sooo amazing to drive. Might work on LM but haven't tried it yet
Yaris GR with engine swap at LeMans maybe possible to reach 450kph.
my fav at this moment is swap in Honda S660. You can put in the engine from Honda Project 2&4. It really turn your S660 into something like F1 car, you can rev it really high (14k RPM) and it is N/A and i don't like so much turbocharged engines

Even in the real life, a lightweight sports kei car with also a lightweight rotary engine is a match made in heaven
I've always enjoyed using race car engines in road cars, mainly the GTR GT500 engine in the 370Z, and the Raybrig NSX engine in the classic NSX. All of the 787B compatable cars are great as well. I want to try out the R92CP engined cars but it's the most expensive engine in the game.
By the way, could you do an updated tune for the Cappuccino Money earning method? When the physics changed using the Cappuccino felt a little worse and the Intermediate tires ran out so much faster, so I'm looking for a new strategy.
My favorite obviously has to be the Hellcat swap Willys Jeep, I mean that Hellcat Jeep is one wild beast.

My personal favourite engine swap is for the R34 Skyline and getting it engine swapped for the R92CP’s V8.
Willys MB '45 with a hellcat engine.
It is as ridiculous as it seems. it's such fun.
Maybe Willy MB swapped is rather a cursed build, using it for a open top Le Mans ride is really fun

I actually won the engine swap for the samba bus from a roulette spin like a month ago. They definitely needed to get rid of the roulette spin necessity for engine swaps...but it definitely makes my roulette spin less special lol
I think the roulette will stay there throughout the game's lifetime. You can have anything extra from there.
The Sambabus can be brought up to 550 hp with the ultimate parts as of this update with the now buyable swaps as well

The engine swap must to be the best update in GRAN TURISMO 7 right now. Hopefully Update 1.5, GRAN TURISMO 7 brought back the offline singleplayer contents.
So you have to be collectors level 50 to do this? I’ve played the game since it came out and I’m only level 40 but I’m doing what I can to level up now lol
I think you need about 50 Million worth of cars to get Level 50.
So gold in all circuit experiences + a couple of time trails and spending all this credits at the legendary dealership and its done.
