Thank you for this opportunity. Your voice is pleasant. How ever, there are too many choices in the beginning and then proceeding, there are too many movements and actions which take up concentration, especially for a short 30 min nap. Too much time is wasted on trying to follow physical instructions, when the mind should be at ease.

I concur with @amberschol. There was too much going on to actually induce a hypnotic state. I needed a power nap before teaching this evening.
I totally agree, also to many breaks in speaking then jarring awake from the start of speaking again. I had fallen asleep, then your voice began again and woke me up, because I didn’t hear part of it it messed with my mind I had no idea what you were talking about and could not go back to sleep.
Thank you for this. I know some people seem to be having an issue with it, but I just got done using it for the fifth time and it worked exactly perfect I was out in minutes. Sometimes I use this even when I want to sleep for longer than a power nap since it works for me. Thank you
