I’d like to see a 2 story house with balconies, front and back.
Although I love the video tours, and I always pretend it is my home and think about how I would decorate and organize it, I have to confess that I also watch the videos in the hopes of a pantry dance. I don't know why such a brief, silly, repetitive schtick should be so amusing & uplifting, but it is. I always feel better after seeing/hearing it. Please don't ever stop that tradition, Chance.

I really like the floor plan . The only thing I didn’t like was no tub in the master bathroom.
Feel absolutely the same about the lack of a bathtub in the master suite. My favorite part of the tours is the master bath. I always look for the tub first. 😁
I understand your point because that’s what I think people would expect from a master bath... but I’m the opposite and love when they put more into the showers. Baths aren’t my thing, and usually when they do big baths, they just do a small shower... which isn’t my thing at all. So for me it was a nice change in things.
I am sure that is an item that could be customized. Most times you can upgrade and have both tub and shower, or if not enough space you can swap for a tub...maybe not a garden tub, but at least a regular tub.
I loved having garden tubs when my kids were little. Now that I am getting older, my husband and I are thinking about our future years and would like a walk in shower, wider hallways and doors (for a wheelchair for example), and bath sink with legroom (again for wc access). We are planning to downgrade to a one story house and will def be looking into options for handicap access.

I really like how the entry is separated from the living areas. I love your pantry dance and that pantry was worthy of the pantry dance! Plus I saw those nice deep pots and pans drawers under that cook top!! Very nice mud/utility room! The guest rooms are huge, as well as the closets. Love the size of the master bedroom and closet and the bathroom is very nice as well. I like all of your videos, you do a great job!

45 years old and I still haven't traveled on one yet either. Loving the homes. My son might do a home like this. He wants to buy up some property first. I was blown away by how nice these houses can be!

Hey, Chance, I'd rather have tours from you than from "some woman," as you put it. Great floor plan, even though it's open concept. Love that den by the front floor. That's my favorite part.
I would put a garden tub in the master bath but this one is my favorite so far! Love the formal living room and the kitchen!

I personally would delete the dry bar and the lockers in the utility room. Also I need a fireplace in the living area. The sitting area/study
I would make it an office with double pull to doors.
My husband could finish part of the 2nd story with a large bedroom and bath. The remainder for Christmas storage and hobby area

There is such a variety of floor plans so should be something for everybody's wants and/or needs, if there is something you want, just keep looking at the house plans. Personally, I like a big kitchen with lots of cabinets, a pantry and room for a freezer. A 1/2 bath and coat closet near the room where company is seated is great too. This floor plan has many of these features. Thanks Chance, you are too funny !! hahahaha

I love the last home. I have 5 grandchildren and I will put 3 bedrooms and one bath upstairs along with a little sitting room for studying. Just saying. I love it!!!

This is definitely an amazing home. Well Chance, I'm 60 and I've never been on a plane. In the second grade when we got to share our summers there was a girl that had to go to Europe and she talked about her plane ride which she said was amazing and that was when I decided I really didn't care if I ever flew on a plane. And basically I'm afraid of heights too. If I can't get there by car then I guess I can stay home or take a bus. Your videos are really fun. Keep bringing them on cuz they are very entertaining enjoy your day.

Faith, The substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
There’s a missing puzzle piece in everyone’s heart. People try multiple things to fill that hole like sex, drugs, alcohol etc. But it’s only temporary and makes the hole even bigger. Your videos are great you show us everything and do a wonderful job. You have really gotten very good with the camera since you began and we no longer get dizzy watching. Your descriptions are fun and add alot to the tour. No one could do it better. Really I have watched others. Your vids are the best out there. Some don't show the closets but spend time showing the wall from floor to ceiling for no good purpose. Others talk way too much and go too slow. You have it correct. Don't stop.

Beautiful layout! I love the kitchen, and yay, pantry dance! WooHoo! The closets are awesome and Phil’s room is neat! The Laundry room is neat, I like the little locker area! Huge master...almost too big! Ooh, that master bath is awesome! Nice closet too! You’re doing fine, Chance...we love you! Love the shower, the light helps a lot! I like the approach to the upstairs...not right in front of the door!
