This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Epic 2” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,144(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My absolute favorite to date. Very little, that I would change.
Thank you Chance for spoiling me on the fireplace and pantry and the size, all I'd like to do with this home is have a screened in deck with a barbecue with counter space and a place for a picnic table that leads to a patio with a screened in gazebo with a built in fireplace.

O my gosh! I love every thing about this house. As far as I am concerned the more windows the better and this house does not disappoint...
This house is quite similar I just saw on one of ypur videos. Just 2 or 3 days ago. Remember that many of us didn't see all the videos in correct order of releases. Well the one I saw before is quite similar and this kitchen in this video above has off white or cream color. The other house I saw has white kitchen cabinets BUT the panoramic window was up in the kitchen and this one HAS main bedroom behind the kitchen.
The other one has stai ed wood look on the ceiling bit thos one is white.
I wish I could have catalog all videos I have seen from you and tell you it is quite similar design. Glad to see cream yellow cabinets for a new chanve!
Those panoramic windows above! Noooo! I prefer without them! Then the carpets and "wood" floors in kitchen and bath gotta go. Wood floor and tiles respectively preferred. 2 bed lives because of attic into office! You did fast slow down man! God bless!

Almost bought a home from them in 2002 but decided to go with a closer builder. R-Anell are great homes with good floor plans.

It's a nice big house! Although IMO, it needs either French doors or a slider in the back. Then, you'll need a detached garage, foundation, sidewalks, paved driveway, deck, and not to mention the upstairs and downstairs finished. IDK will probably be better off with a stick built home. You're gonna be in the $500K to $1M price range. When it's all said and done.....

Lovely home! I would prefer the shower to have a bench, as I'm old, lol. But otherwise, it's perfect for entertaining.
Am I the only one who gets excited over porch outlets though? My first thought is "Christmas decorations!!!", lol. I grew up in a 1940s split level that had no outside outlet, so we had to run an extension cord through the window.

I like this house alot but why did they put double windows in the master closet? Daylight is nice in a closet but I would put in a
smaller window since my main objective in a closet is space.

I would like to see a finish upstairs modular home.
I agree with you. This is my favorite. There are 3 things I would change.
1. The walking space in the kitchen between the island and stove is too big. I'd move that in a foot to give the dining area more room. With people sitting in those chairs, it would be cramped.
2. The master bath shower needs a bench and shelves.
3. There is nowhere for the TV. A TV should be directly in line with your face when you're sitting. So... The spot above the fireplace is actually not good for your neck. And the nook to the side of the fireplace isn't big enough for a TV. And the walls all have windows. I loooooove the windows. But I'd also like a spot for the TV.
Well…….. I LOVE THIS ONE!!!! Just a few tweaks, but really love it. I love the windows and the color through the house. Fantastic kitchen, add pot filler of course. A beautiful home and I wish it was mine!!!

Love the porch. Very impressed when first walking in. Love pantry!! When are you going to show us your dancing? Like the bedrooms have big closets. Wish primary bedroom was bigger. Nice primary bathroom. Beautiful home thank you for the tour.
I love windows but this is overkill . Better put a full size porch across all those windows and face them south or the utilities will eat the owner alive. On demand hot water is needed, water tank is far from kitchen and master. No one needs two giant windows in the closet. But otherwise nice layout, very pretty.
I love this home. However, I would take all the windows and sliders in the living room and dining room out and replace it with bifold doors.
Throw those rockers off the porch and get you some Cracker Barrel rockers!
I think this house is beautiful, but the neighbors might have an issue with the window by the potty! Lol
YESSSS there’s a coat closet right inside the front door!!! I love those 3 windows behind the couch and that rock around the fireplace is gorgeous!!! I love those cabinets across from the island!!! Oh his house is very roomy!!! I love the main bathroom, it’s different than most. I love all the space outside the back bedrooms.

The exterior is perfect. So attractive . The colour scheme inside is gentle and relaxing. Should be Two sinks in main bath and square to match the master ensuite.

Lovely home. Appears to be well constructed. The second bathroom should have two sinks. The sinks in the master were square while the sink in the second bath was not. Thanks for the video. Great job!
YOU are so cute! You are always a bright spot in my day. My husband and I have LOVED these homes since you first visited them. We were planning a visit ourselves until we discovered that sadly we are out of their building area 😢. Thank you for showing these awesome homes, though! Your videos are the best.....the speed that you scan, the room to room flow, the details you point out, and of course the PANTRY DANCE!😂 Keep them coming!
Excellent layout. Everything is done for convenience and comfort. I would throw out the carpeting and replace the cabinets in the kitchen, they are really ugly.
Lovely & spacious home, I like the separation of the kitchen & dining room from the living room. Cozy fireplace. Good sized closets in the guest bedrooms. Any utility room with a sink is fine with me. That's the 1st time I've seen a counter with cabinets inside the pantry. A counter and cabinet in the water closet. 👍 Nice big master closet with a window. Not feeling the barn doors and unfinished wooden floors & wall in the master bedroom. .

Have mercy! Nice find Chance! I’m not crazy about all the windows, never a fan of glass in the doors or on the sides. But I sure love that pantry, and the all over size of each room! Very nice! Someone said the outside color was plain and suggested white 🤷🏻♀️ that’s plain! I’ve owned the White House with black shutters….they need to be pressure washed all the time! I don’t ever want another white house. !Leave this one the gray/light blue tone and paint the door red! That pops. Gorgeous home though!
At first I didn't remeber this home. Then you showed the intro photo's and I was oh ya, I made the comment this was almost identical to my favorite "Grand Manor 6009" by Kit Homes. I know you havent filmed it yet. but if you ever get back to the Northwest they have one at Patty Seamans in Kalispell Montana, or at Great Homes in Missoula Montana. I would recomend going to Great Homes to film. Not a lot of homes on the lot, I think about 5 at the moment, but all are very nice. Over by the bar in the dining room I rember looking at those glasses and picking one up just to make sure there really wan't anyting it them. In person they really do look like they had juice or something in them.

Chance, I see why this is your favorite house 🏡🏡!! It's long, lean, and so roomy!! It looks like two houses in one!! The entrance, is very appealing, once you get inside, it's like you are in a different place!! The kitchen is to die for, the laundry room is just fabulous!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic, large and versatile!! It's just plain beautiful!! Thank you for everything you hat you bring to us!!

I love most of the videos, but please open some of the cabinets. I really don't care about the back splashes everyone has their own likes and dislikes, but we all want to see the inside working of the drawers and cabinets.
Just wondering why you would need that HUGE window in the closet unless you make it an office? I dunno.

My mom and I LOVE this.. the only thing I would change is the upstairs.. it would have more windows as well as finished with at least a couple of bedrooms and another bathroom..

300k ??? Then you got to buy property, septic, driveway, water, electric, clearing , install landscaping, decks/ porches, garage, so really all in 500k by the time you are able to get in it.

There isn't a wall for my china cabinet. It's my Grandmother's so I have to have a place for it.
Guest bathroom only has one sink.
No cleaning closet for cleaning supplies and vacuum in the utility room.
Master bedroom is too small.
I hate the sliding barn doors. But I'm sure that's an option you can change.
I hate the coffin room toilet room.
Master closet opens from bathroom and that would be a no for me. I had one like that and I had to run a dehumidifier all the time to keep my clothes and shoes from mildewing.
Wire shelves throughout. Ick
Shower needs a bench and safety bars
This one is a NO for me because of the tiny master bedroom and the master closet in the bathroom.

Why do mobile homes call themselves a Manufactured home and then they call themselves a Modular home?
They’re still built in a factory and put together on site.
A friend of mine had a “Modular Home “ and they had a ton of problems with the electrical system not fitting properly from 1 wall to the next. The plumbing didnt line up from one section to the other. Everything was MDF (Particle Board). The walls were off by at least a 1/2 an inch or more from one section to the other.
I’ve seen manufactured homes built better than modular homes. Their pathetic. Very LOW Quality and cheaply built.
It’s a Cadillac price with a Pinto workmanship and quality.
I’d be ashamed to own a “modular home”

Only negative I see is the laundry room door is off the back making it difficult to put a garage. WOuld need a breezeway or something.
