- House Republicans plan to hold a vote on the floor Wednesday afternoon to try to install Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana as speaker, after three weeks of starts and stops following the ouster of Rep. Kevin McCarthy.

I'm so glad Jeffries didn't become SOTH. This administration is running our beautiful country into the ground and I can't fathom why anyone thinks they're doing a great job. Heck NO! I'm so happy Johnson is our speaker, what a fresh breath of air. I have a feeling this man will be remembered in history and he will do way more for our country after being speaker. We shall see.

Isnt it crazy how this ceremony starts as a religious service?
