I already commented below but I just watched again. Everything about this is so f****** awesome.... especially using the intro as the bridge. Man when you go from a major to a minor on the tonic chord as you go into the bridge, that is really moving. Great job!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Video aside, I also always listen to a track without watching any visuals to hear if it stands up aurally. What I appreciate about this cover version is you made the song your own, as opposed to rendering what has already been accomplished countless times by others. Brilliantly arranged, and executed. I picked up on the Faces 'Stay With Me' keyboard riff at 2:23. Clever. Lastly, the George 'Michelle Merjave' Harrison character evokes an image of a Small Faces era, Steve Marriott :-)

Great song. But am wondering if the song was recorded using the Hofner violin bass? I’ve never heard one (with original pickups) sound so punchy and bright!!
I believe Glen (Lefty) used his Rickenbacker on the actual recording, but he very often uses the Hofner as well.
