Black Jack is amazing. It's far and away my favorite black. The durability of the stuff is just stellar, and it works really well for engine-bay/car stuff. Black Jack isn't quite as "black" as some of the other powders out there, but it is decently black enough that most people never notice, and it blends in with all the other black parts nicely. Good choice.

Lens polishing...I've been buying cheap Velcro pads off Amazon and using them with my drill, cheap foam pads off Amazon and using Flitz for the polish, and then either using Turtle Wax or clear spray paint for light UV protection/sealing. Seems to work well.
I just got my third 2lb. can of Flitz. I may have a problem. :D
I've heard great things about Flitz. I'll have to add it to my arsenal one of these days.

What happened with the Datsun 620 ? Have you finished already?
It is still a long way from finished. I needed more time to get past the floorpans, so I'm pushing out some old footage to stay relevant on UA-cam. New 620 content is coming soon.
