I’m glad you’re incorporating hosiery into your outfits, tights and socks are always underrated as fashion accessories. I love to match my tights to my basic skirt/dress and boot color, and fun socks are great, too. I hate putting my bare toes into closed-toe shoes, so I wear socks or tights when I can. Going without socks was de rigeur for the last ten years, a silly rule. I saw several fashion influencers bundled into big puffers on sub-zero days with ankles “fashionably bare”. I hate it when fashion becomes this impractical, I just ignore those silly trends. 🙂
My favorite MJs are Sezane’s Paula Babies, I got them in several colors. They have about a 2-inch block heel and are very flattering because the two straps are set low on the vamp. They are also comfortable enough for everyday, but look great for dressing up outfits, too. I’m also glad to see T-straps back, they are so feminine, Sezane has some, but with, I think, higher heels.
I love Mary Janes. Ive been searching for a unique pair in red, but see how versatile these are in black. These are all great outfits! I’d never thought about wearing them with socks, it really changes the look, I love it 🥰

@@YourGuideToStyle I emailed them and they said there are no plans to restock them anytime soon. So I ordered the red flats and got them today, they are so comfortable, I love them.

I couldn't agree more. When I see shoes without socks during a cold season it just looks wrong, not to mention uncomfortable.
